心肺复苏英文操作流程
Check the patient's responsiveness. Tap the patient's shoulder and shout, "Are you okay?" If there is no response, call for help immediately.
Open the patient's airway. Tilt the patient's head back and lift the chin to ensure the airway is clear.
Check for breathing. Look, listen, and feel for breathing. If the patient is not breathing, start CPR.
Begin chest compressions. Place the heel of one hand on the center of the patient's chest, and place the other hand on top of the first hand. Interlock the fingers and press down firmly and smoothly at a rate of about 100 to 120 compressions per minute.
Give rescue breaths. Pinch the patient's nose and tilt the head back. Take a deep breath and seal your mouth over the patient's mouth. Blow into the patient's mouth until you see the chest rise. Give two breaths for every 30 compressions.
Continue CPR until help arrives or the patient shows signs of life. Do not stop CPR unless you are absolutely sure the patient has started breathing on their own.。
