Say, “Dog.” Have the children move toward the dog and point to it. Then have them produce the word. Repeat this for other animals in the unit.
2、Preview
Divide the class into five groups. Assign each group two consecutive numbers. Each group sings a verse and the class mimes or does an imitation of the animals mentioned.

1、Warm-up
Place flashcards of the animals around the room in random places.
Hold up the flashcard for rabbit. Mime something that a rabbit does;for example,jump on the spot and use a facial expression.
Have the children imitate a rabbit,too.Now hold up the flashcard for dog.Imitate a dog.Bark or pant and have the children do the same.

总共4课时本ຫໍສະໝຸດ 元教材分析本单元主题设计的背景是一个宠物店,Ann和Mocky一起去逛宠物店,由Mocky充满好奇想知道各种动物是什么这个情景准确呈现了what’s this?这一语言结构的功能和意义。另外每种动物的数量各不相同,可以复习上一学期的数字内容。另外通过touch and say还有listen and guess让孩子达到听说的练习。最后在find and color中提供了一个综合运用本单元学习内容情景,活动的设计要求学生找出图中隐藏的内容。插图中隐藏着小鸟、老虎、兔子、老鼠还有鸟窝、渔网、水果等,让孩子们一起讨论说一说大家都看到了哪些动物。通过学习可爱的小动物们,让孩子们更加了解动物,喜爱宠物,热爱生活。
Say each number and have the children point to it.
Read the words and have the children listen and follow the words silently.
Students listen to the computer and follow it.
4、Point and say
Teacher show the pictures of the 8 animals and then find out some students point to the pictures, other students read the words.
5、Sing the song
Have the children look at the illustrations that accompany the song.
Ask the children what animals they can see.Elicit, “A dog,a cat,a bird,and a rabbit.”
Repeat the step above for cat,bird,lion,tiger and panda.
3、Guess and say
Listen to the tape for the sounds of animals, students will hear the sounds of bird,dog,cat,lion and tiger.Then say the animals loudly.
