【摘要】目的:探讨临床药师参与2型糖尿病伴多种并发症患者的药物治疗并提出药学服务的工作重点.方法:临床药师参与1例2型糖尿病伴多种并发症患者的用药方案制定, 对降血糖、联合用药、肾功能不全合理用药等进行个体化的药学服务.结果:临床药师及时发现并解决了药物治疗中的相关问题, 提出了糖尿病合并多种并发症患者的药学监护要点.结论:临床药师工作的切入点是用药监护以及设计个体化的用药方案.%Objective: To explore the key work for clinical pharmacists to participate in the drug therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes with a variety of complications and provide pharmaceutical care for inpatients. Methods:Through participating in drug therapy of a patient with diabetes with a variety of complications, clinical pharmacist could propose suggestions for the use of hypoglycemic, combination therapy and chronic renal insufficiency and provide individualized pharmacy service for patient. Results: Clinical pharmacist could found and solved the related problems in drug treatment in time and put forward the main points of pharmacology. Conclusion: The entry points of clinical pharmacist participating in clinical medication is through providing individualized pharmacy service for patient.
