纺织英语（八）－－－关于纤维/纱线，包括燃烧鉴别
常用纺织纤维分类一览表
纺织纤维分天然纤维和化学纤维。

天然纤维包括动物纤维和植物纤维。

动物纤维（蛋白质）：
1桑蚕丝mulberry silk ,家蚕丝，以桑叶为食的蚕所吐出的长丝
柞蚕丝tussah silk ，野蚕丝，以柞树叶为食的蚕所吐出的长丝
羊毛wool ,主要指绵羊毛，属于蛋白质短纤维
兔毛rabbit hair ,主要为安哥拉兔和家兔所产蛋白质短纤维
驼毛camel hair ,纤维较粗，主要用于工业纺织品
植物纤维（纤维素）
棉花cotton fiber ,主要有陆地棉和海岛棉，主要的天然纤维
黄麻jute ,田麻科黄麻属一年生草本植物的茎皮纤维
苎麻ramie,china grass ,苎麻科苎麻属多年生植物的茎皮
亚麻flax ,亚麻科亚麻属一年或多年生植物的韧皮纤维
化学纤维分合成纤维与再生纤维。

合成纤维：
涤纶polyester fibre ,又名聚酯纤维，合成纤维第一大品种
锦纶polyamide fibre ,又名聚酰胺纤维、耐纶、尼龙
氯纶chlorofibre ,polyvinyl chloride fibre ,聚氯乙烯
腈纶polyacrylonitrile fibre ,聚丙烯腈，国外称“奥纶”
丙纶isotactic polypropylene fibre ,聚丙烯纤维
维纶vinylon ,聚乙烯醇缩聚甲醛纤维
氨纶polyrethane elastic fibre ,弹性聚氨酯纤维
再生纤维：
粘胶纤维viscose fibre ,viscose rayon ,粘胶纺丝再生纤维素纤维
铜氨纤维curammonium rayon ,铜氨法再生的纤维素纤维
醋酯纤维acetate fibre ,纤维素纤维的衍生物，属于半合成纤维
富强纤维Polynosic，又名“虎木棉”，粘胶纤维的一个品种

3.兔毛rabbit hair ,主要为安哥拉纤维--------兔毛的成分常用安哥拉angola
4.氨纶polyrethane elastic fibre ,弹性聚氨酯纤维----polyrethane是不是拼错了，好像少了个u--polyurethane
5.腈纶polyacrylonitrile fibre ,聚丙烯腈，国外称“奥纶”---常写为acrylic(亚克力)
亚麻现在多用linen
其实linen是亚麻布的意思，而flax是表示亚麻（指成分）
不过现在大家都用linen

○韧皮纤维(bast fiber):亚麻(flax)、大麻(Hemp)、苎麻(Ramie)，黄麻(Jute)、青麻、洋麻○叶纤维(leaf fibre)：剑麻(sisal hemp)、蕉麻(Manila hemp)
○果实纤维(fruit fibre):椰子纤维(coconut fibre)
●动物纤维（animal fibrel）
毛发(hair) :羊毛(wool)、兔毛(rabbit hair)、鸵毛(camel hair)等
分泌物:家蚕、柞蚕(tussah silk)、桑蚕丝(mulberry silk)
●矿物纤维(mineral fiber):石棉(asbestos fiber)
◐(2)人造纤维(man-made fibre)
○无机纤维:金属纤维、玻璃纤维、岩石纤维矿渣纤维等

○人造纤维素纤维:粘胶纤维、铜氨纤维等

怎样用烧法鉴别纺织品类型？

(1)棉布：易燃烧,火焰橙色，散发出烧纸味，灰烬为灰白色，细软。

(2)麻：易燃烧,火焰橙色,有烧枯草味，灰烬灰白,细软。

(3)丝绸：燃烧缓慢,有臭味,离火即灭。

余烬呈球状，色深，轻压即碎。

(4)羊毛：不易燃烧，燃烧时发泡，有火焰窜出，伴有明显的毛类烧焦味，灰烬呈不规则块状,颜色为黑褐色。

(5)尼龙：燃烧容易，有臭味,出火焰，燃熔，余烬呈灰白色。

怎样用烧法鉴别纺织品类型？

非常简易的方法：
定义：将织物放在明火上烧，观察其纤维受热后变形情况，火焰状况，燃烧的难易速度，散发出的气味和颜色，燃烧后的灰烬和剩余物的形状，硬度等到方法进行鉴定。

方法：
棉，遇火即燃，速度快，呈黄色火焰，稍有灰白烟和燃纸的气味，烧焦类烬细软，呈深灰色。

麻纤维：与棉相似，但灰烬呈灰白色。

羊毛，不延燃，遇为先卷缩，燃烧后纤维起泡，火焰为桔黄色，在烧蛋白质的味道，燃烧速度较棉快，灰烬多，呈不成型黑褐色形状，用手一压即碎，成散粉末。

蚕丝：燃烧形状与毛纤维相似，先卷成一团，燃烧速度较羊毛快，蛋白质的味道，但气味要比羊毛小。

烧后呈褐色小球状物。

粘胶纤维：与棉相似，燃烧速度比棉快，黄色火焰，烧纸气味，灰烬呈灰或浅灰色。

绦纶：燃烧时滴下熔融物，火焰呈蓝色。

顶端有黑烟，略代芳香气味，灰烬呈硬块，手指一压即碎。

锦纶：不易燃烧，见火先卷缩，熔融物为透明胶状，趁热可拉出丝，有芹菜的味道。

灰烬不易碎。

粘胶纤维:燃烧快产生黄色火焰,有烧纸的气味,灰少,呈浅灰色或白色.
涤纶:燃烧时纤维卷缩,一面熔化一面冒烟燃烧,有黄色火焰,有芳香气味,灰为黑褐色硬块,用手可捻碎
锦纶:一面熔化,一面缓慢燃烧,燃烧时无烟或略有白烟,火焰很少,呈蓝色.有芹菜气味,灰为浅褐色硬块,不易捻碎
晴纶是一面熔化一面的缓慢燃烧,火焰呈白色明亮有力,有时略有黑烟.有鱼腥臭味,灰为黑色圆球状,脆而易碎
醋酯纤维:燃烧缓慢,熔化后离开火焰,一面熔化一面燃烧,有刺鼻的醋酯味.灰为黑色有光泽块状,可用手指压碎
丙纶:一面卷缩一面熔化燃烧火焰明亮呈蓝色有烧腊的气味灰为硬块,能捻碎.
维纶:燃烧时纤维迅速收缩,缓慢燃烧,火焰很小,呈红色:有特殊臭味,灰为褐色硬块,可用手捻碎
氯纶:难燃,接受火焰时收缩燃烧,离火即熄灭.有氯的烟鼻臭位,灰为不规则的黑色硬块.氯纶是一种天然阻燃纤维.用的少.。
