【摘要】Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of thalidomide combined with etanercept in ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Before this study, all
the patients discontinued all the drugs prescribed for ankylosing spondylitis. Oral administration of thalidomide was given daily to the control group before sleeping. Oral administration of thalidomide and subcutaneous injection of etanercept were given to the treatment group. Results Prior to treatment, here was no difference between the treatment group and control group in BASFI (Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index), duration of morning stiffness, chest expansion, occiput to wall distance, number of painful joints, ESR and CRP(P >0.05). After the treatment, improvement occurred in all the above indicators and there was more significant improvement in treatment group with a statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of thalidomide combined with etanercept in ankylosing spondylitis is of good efficacy and should be applied clinically.%目的：探讨沙利度胺联合益赛普治疗强直性脊柱炎临床疗效。

方法本组患者进行本次研究前均停用过往所使用任何关于强直性脊柱炎治疗药物。

对照组患者于每日入睡前口服沙利度胺片；治疗组患者给予沙利度胺联合益赛普治疗，其中沙利度胺药物治疗方式同对照组，给予皮下注射益赛普药物。

结果研究组
与对照组患者治疗前BASFI（Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数）、晨僵时间、胸廓扩
张度、枕壁距、关节疼痛个数、ESR、CRP对比情况无显著差异，且P＞0.05；研究组与对照组患者治疗后上述指标均出现显著改善，且研究组改善更为明显，P＜0.05，两组患者对比结果具有统计学意义。

结论沙利度胺联合益赛普给药治疗难治性强直性脊柱炎患者能够达到较为满意的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。
