英语作文 at the zoo
I went to the zoo last weekend. It was so much fun! I saw all kinds of animals there. There were lions, tigers, and bears. Oh my! The lions were huge and majestic, and the tigers looked so powerful. I also saw some adorable pandas munching on bamboo. It was amazing to see these animals up close.
The best part of the zoo was the giraffe feeding. I got to feed a giraffe! Their long necks are so cool. The
giraffe ate right out of my hand. It was a little scary at first, but then it was really fun. I also saw some elephants taking a bath. They were spraying water everywhere. It was hilarious to watch.
I learned a lot about different animals at the zoo. There were signs with interesting facts about each animal. Did you know that a group of flamingos is called a flamboyance? I didn't! I also saw some snakes and lizards
in the reptile house. They were so creepy, but also kind of
cool.
The zoo was really crowded, but it was still worth it.
I saw families with little kids, couples on dates, and groups of friends. It was a great place to spend the day. I even got a souvenir from the gift shop. It was a stuffed monkey. I named him George.
Overall, the zoo was a blast. I loved seeing all the different animals and learning new things. I can't wait to go back again soon.。
