英语教学案例Unit 2 Les son 7 What Is the Meaning of Life?一、教学设计(一)背景分析新标准英语教材是立足于学生本身,强调学生主体参与整个教学过程,重视学生的有意义的学习,培养学生的语言交际能力。

本课的教学内容是冀教版九年级英语第二单元的第七课,主要围绕“生命的意义”,在本课的教学过程当中,我通过播放英文歌曲和一段视频渲染课堂气氛, 激发学生学习英语的兴趣。

然后利用图片及例句,让学生在轻松愉悦中学习词汇和短语;通过听力练习和阅读回答问题让学生整体感知课文;然后以小组合作的形式,运用本节课所学的知识点,讨论生命的意义,理解课文内容,最终达到语言综合运用能力。

(二)教学内容分析教学目标设计:1.语言目标:(1)学习并掌握重点单词、短语和句型。

(2)熟读课文。

2.能力目标:(1)能够听懂探讨生命意义的文章,并从中获取有效信息。

(2)能用所学词汇和重点句型与他人进行交流。

3.情感目标:让学生懂得热爱生命,保持一颗良好的心态,乐于助人。

教学重点: 能够正确应用本课的重点词汇和重点短语。

教学难点:掌握本课所学短语和重点句型的实际运用。

(三)教学对象分析教学对象是九年级的学生,他们正处于听、说、读、写等各种技能的全面训练阶段。

为此,我把这节课设计成多媒体上课的模式,从学生的心理活动出发,创造轻松自然的学习环境,培养他们的综合语言运用能力。

然后让学生通过讨论、合作、展示等方式来培养各种能力,最终达到以学生为本的任务型教学目的。

(四)教学媒体的运用本节课在教学手段的选择上一切是以学生的学习能力、学习兴趣的角度出发的。

采用多媒体作为教学辅助手段,使课堂处于一种轻松自然的状态,能帮助学生较快吸收所学的知识。

二、教学过程I、Lead in[设计意图] 通过播放英文歌曲“If you are happy”和一段有关“生命的意义”视频渲染课堂气氛, 激发学生学习英语的兴趣,同时导入本课课题“生命的意义是什么?”----“What Is the Meaning of Life?”。
