includes a separator to prevent the anode and cathode from coming into direct contact, as this could cause a short circuit. The separator is usually made of a porous material that allows ions to pass through while keeping the electrodes separate.
Overall, the construction of a battery is a relatively straightforward process, but it requires careful selection and assembly of materials to ensure optimal performance.。
