本班学生整体外向,开朗,思维活跃。
除了4位学生英语成绩比较突出外,总体基础较差,但学习态度较认真,学习热情高。
部分学生能够分析句子成分,但大多数学生都不具备这个能力。
所以定语从句对于他们来说就是一个难点。
VII Teaching procedures and ways
Step 1 Leading-in
1. Show students some phrases and a sentence and get them to know what attributive is.

2 Underline the attributive clauses
Don ’t forget the things that once you owned. Treasure the things that you can ’t get. Don't give up the things that belong to you and keep those lost things in memory. Step 2 Explanation
在复合句中修饰___________ 的从句是定语从句
☆ 被定语从句修饰的词是_______ ,引导定语从句的词叫做 ________ 或 _________。
☆ 关系代词和关系副词有三大作用,即连接(连接定语从句和主句)、替代(替代前面的先行词)、成分(在定语从句中要充当一定的句子成分)。
定语从句一定放在先行词之后。

Step 3 The usage of whose 人、物定语
relative pronouns that指人或物,在定语从句中做主语或宾语, 作宾语时可以省略。
e.g The house that I’m going to buy faces south.
Who 指人,在从句中可做主语和宾语。
作宾语时可省略。
e.g The people who called yesterday wanted to buy the house.
whom指人, 在从句中作宾语, 可省略。
e.g. Do you know the man (whom) we saw at the Beijing Hotel?
which 指物, 在句中作主语或宾语, 作宾语时可以省略。
e.g. I’m not interested in the book which has just been published.
whose 指人或物,在从句中作定语。
eg. That’s the man whose house was burned down.
Step 4 which and that
考点一以下情况,引导词用that,不用which。
1.先行词为不定代词everything,little, much,all,anything,nothing, none, few时,
2.先行词同时指人和指物时,
3. 在以which / who 为疑问词的特殊疑问句中
4.在there is / here is / it is 句型中
5. 先行词前有形容词最高级、序数词修饰时,先行词被all, any , every, little, much,
no, some, the only,the very , the last 修饰时;
考点二:以下情况只能用which引导定语从句。
1.引导非限制性定语从句时, 其先行词可是一个词,也可是整个主句或主句的某一部分。
2. 先行词是物,紧接在介词后面时
3.句子中同时有两个定语从句,其中一个已经用了that 引导时

1 Revise the usage of relative pronouns by reading the sentences which we have learnt in this period
2 Write two or three sentences to describe your friends or teacher using attributive clauses.

体现了学习理解,应用实践,迁移创新活动的有效实施。
活动之间的内在逻辑清楚,层层递进,体现了综合性,关联性和实践性的特点。
由于任务设计明确,要求具体,可操作性强,为学生主动参与,积极思考,互助合作提供了保障。
最后的作业设计包括所学内容的任务,也包括了扩展性任务,分层可选择的作业有效地兼顾了学生的个体差异。
本堂课的引入部分只用了一些图片,还不够生动。
学生的自主学习还不够,在今后的设计中应注意这两方面。
