1.Introduction
The purpose of this research design proposal is to outline the comprehensive plan for a quantitative study on the impact of social media usage on mental health among college students.This study aims to investigate the frequency and type of social media platforms used, the perceived influence of social media on mental well-being, and the correlation between social media usage and anxiety levels.

3.Study Population
