YB43型硬盒包装机与ZB45辅机连接系统的改造

【摘要】采用两台YB43翻盖式硬盒中速包装机与一套ZB45辅机组成的生产机组,其连接机构故障率高、维修成本大且机组布局不合理等,为此对该机组进行了改进.简化设计了烟包阻挡构件并增加了主机烟包输出转向及自动装盘机构,并将原设备自带PLC程序进行扩展,采用计数方式对两主机输出烟包进行分时储包和向下游辅机供料,当下游辅机发生故障停机时,主机烟包可自动转向输入到另一通道,并在另一通道完成自动装盘.改造后实际应用效果表明,机组布局得到优化,硬件消耗减少了30%,对烟包的机械损伤降低为0,解决了下游辅机停机或慢速运转时需人工捡包等问题,增加了机组的自动化程度,设备有效作业率提高了3个百分点.%In the machine combination which comprises two YB43 hard packers linking to one set of ZB45 auxiliary machines, the linking mechanism has the shortcomings of frequent failures, high maintenance cost and the arrangement of machines is irrational, therefore the machine combination was improved as following: 1) simplifying the stopper unit; 2 ) adding an output packet deflecting and automatic tray loading mechanism; 3 ) extending the existing PLC program; 4 ) packets storing and feeding to the downstream auxiliary machine at a time interval depending on packet counting.When downstream machine was in emergency stop, cigarette packets could be shifted to the passage leading to an automatic tray
loader.The practical application results showed that the consumption of hardware reduced by 30％ ; the mechanical damage to cigarette packets was completely avoided; the manual packet picking in case that ZB45 running at slow speed was no longer necessary, and the machine efficiency increased by 3 percentage point.
