英语作文告知公司王总没收到货物
I am writing to inform you that the goods we ordered from your company have not been received. This is quite concerning as we were expecting the delivery last week and have been waiting anxiously for the items to arrive.
Our company placed the order for 500 units of your best-selling product model XYZ on May 1st. The order confirmation we received stated that the goods would be shipped within 3-5 business days and would arrive at our warehouse no later than May 10th. However it is now May 15th and we have not yet received the shipment.
This delay is causing significant disruption to our operations. We had planned to immediately distribute these products to our retail locations upon receipt so they could be made available to customers. The lack of inventory is resulting in lost sales opportunities and dissatisfied clients who are inquiring about the status of these popular items.
I have reviewed the order details and shipping information on your
company's website and can confirm that the order was placed correctly and the delivery address provided was accurate. There does not appear to be any issue on our end that could have caused a delay in the shipment reaching us.
I understand that unexpected delays in the supply chain can sometimes occur due to factors beyond your control. However, the extended delay in this case is quite concerning and is having a negative impact on our business. We place a high value on the partnership between our companies and rely on the timely delivery of products in order to meet the needs of our customers.
I would appreciate if you could please investigate the status of this order immediately and provide an update on when we can expect to receive the goods.
