During the 15 days of Chinese New Year, people also visit relatives and friends, give red envelopes filled with money to children, and watch dragon and lion dances. These activities symbolize good luck, fortune, and happiness.
One of my favorite traditions during Chinese New Year
is making dumplings. My family and I usually make dumplings together on New Year's Eve. We put different fillings, such as pork, beef, and vegetables, into the dumplings. It's a
fun and delicious activity that brings us closer together.
