Epson所提供的專用紙，是專門針對Epson噴墨印表機所使用的墨水而設計，因此建議您使用這些紙張以確保高品質的結果。
當放入EPSO原廠專用紙時，請先閱讀包裝袋中的說明文件，並遵守下列紙張處理注意事項。
( 1 )、將紙張放入後方進紙槽中，且使列印面朝上，列印面通常比較白或比較亮。
如需詳細說明，請參考包裝袋中的說明文件。
有些紙張種類會有切角，以助於辨識正確的放入方向。
( 2 )、若紙張捲曲，請在放入紙張之前，先壓平或輕輕地將其往反方向捲曲。
列印於捲曲的紙張上，可能會導致墨水弄髒列印結果。
請勿使用摺疊、有波紋或破損的紙張。
步驟2、請依照下列步驟放入紙張。
( 1 )、將進紙槽護蓋往前翻開。
( 2 )、拉出紙張支撐板及出紙托盤，然後豎起擋紙板。
( 3 )、將紙張邊緣定位器推至左側。
注意：若使用普通紙，請確定高度未超過紙張邊緣定位器內側的H 箭號。
若使用Epson 專用紙，請確定紙張數量未超過該紙張種類的指定限制。
( 4 )、請先將紙張順齊，接著將可列印面朝上，靠齊自動進紙槽的右側放入。
※若紙張沒有靠著後方進紙槽的右側放入，則不會顯示紙張設定畫面。
開始列印時會發生錯誤。
※注意事項：①、可列印面通常比另一面更白或光亮。
②、每次放入紙張時，請將其較窄的一邊先放入自動進紙槽內(列印橫式圖案也是)。
③、您可使用具有裝訂孔的紙張。
每次僅限放入一張紙。
請調整檔案的大小，避免列印內容超出裝訂孔。
④、放入信封時，請將較窄的一邊朝前、有封口面朝下。
⑤、請勿使用捲曲、摺疊過、黏有膠水或含塑膠窗口的信封。
⑥、放入前請先壓平信封和封口。

※當印表機列印出來的線條有問題可執行直線校正動作，若校正後無效，建議需送至維修中心由工程師協助處理。
步驟1、準備寬度至少有21公分的連續報表紙張數張並將紙張安裝至後方牽引器上。
步驟2、開啟印表機電源，按面板「Load/Eject」鍵，機器會自動把後方連續報表紙送至機器內列印啟始位置。
步驟3、關閉印表機電源，按面板「Pause」鍵不放並開啟印表機電源，即會開啟直線校正功能。
步驟4、印表機會印出直線校正按鍵與燈號對照內容。
（Front 燈+Tear Off燈）
步驟5、列印三種品質模式直線圖，分別為Draft、Bit Image、LQ，每種品質模式有25個直線圖，查看並選定線條最完整且沒有歪斜的號碼，按面板「Font」或「LF/FF」鍵選擇欲要設定的號碼，選擇完成後，再按面板「Load/Eject」鍵，進行下一個品質模式列印與調整，三種品質都設定完成後，關閉印表機電源，設定

※此功能主要應用於當掃描的圖片相近，欲保留其影像調整參數時可依照方式操作，以下以EPSON SCAN「辦公室模式」畫面進行解說。
步驟1、開啟EPSON SCAN後，將模式改為「辦公室模式」。
※「專業模式」與「辦公室模式」能搭配預掃描保留影像調整參數。
步驟2、以彩色月曆卡為例，執行「預掃描」，在未調整影像參數時，預掃描出來的畫面有呈現底色且整體圖片顏色都偏暗。
步驟3、在「辦公室模式」，調整亮度、對比，再執行「預掃描」確認，如果掃描結果符合需求，再進行「掃描」與儲存動作。
步驟4、如欲保留此影像調整參數，例如還有相同配色的其他月份的彩色月曆卡要進行掃描時，可直接放置3月份的月曆卡於掃描平台上，執行掃描，若關閉EPSON SCAN程式，下次重新啟動後仍然會保留此影像調整參數。

3A ttach two tube clamps to the left and right sides on the back of theprinter and route the waste ink tube through the clamps as shown.4R emove the outer and inner caps from the waste ink bottle and storethem in a safe place.N ote: Do not throw the caps away; you will need them when disposing of thewaste ink.5Place the caution label for your language over the English label, if necessary. Then, insert the waste ink bottle into the waste ink bottle holder. The bottle and holder should be placed in an area lower than theprinter so that the waste ink can flow straight down.6Insert the waste ink tube into the waste ink bottle. The tube shouldcurve toward the bottle and straight down as shown.Make sure that the tube sits above the yellow line indicated on the outside of the bottle. If the tube is too long, cut the end to the appropriate length.7Connect the power cord. (Do not connect the printer to yourcomputer yet.)Install Ink Cartridges1R emove the ink cartridges from their packages. Gently shake each ink cartridgefor about 15 seconds; white ink cartridges need to be shaken on bothsides. 主題敘述：雷射複合機Epson WorkForce AL-MX300DNF掃描到指定電腦的SMB共用資料夾設定方式及操作
步驟1、在指定電腦上建立共用資料夾(以WINDOWS 7為例)
1-1：點選電腦左下角「開始」，滑鼠點選「電腦」。
1-2：滑鼠點選「C碟機」，在C磁碟機的目錄下按滑鼠右鍵，在快捷選單中點選「新增(W)」裡的「資料夾(F)」，新增一個資料夾。
1-3：將「新增資料夾」名稱，更改為所需要的名稱。
※將「新增資料夾」名稱，改為所需要的名稱(支援中文資料夾)，此處以改為EPSON為例。
1-4：在EPSON的資料夾上按滑鼠右鍵，選擇「內容」。
1-5：出現「內容」對話框，選擇標籤頁「共用」。
1-6：滑鼠點選「進階共用(D)」後，在進階共用對話框中，將「共用此資料夾(S)」打勾後，再選擇「權限」。
1-7：進入「權限」對話框後，在「共用權限」對話框中點選「新增(D)」功能。
1-8：在「新增」對話框中，跳出「選取使用者或群組」對話框，選擇「進階(A)」，之後在出現的對話框中，選擇「立即尋找(N)」按鍵。
1-9：搜尋結果會列出電腦中所有的群組及使用者帳號，請選取欲設定的使用者名稱，按下「確定」按鍵。
＊如電腦登錄名稱為USER，故選擇「USER」。
1-10：在「選取使用者或組群」對話框中，確認所選擇的使用者已在下方的欄位中，之後按下「確定」按鍵。
1-11：此時EPSON 資料夾的「權限」設定中，「群組或使用者名稱(G)」欄位下會多一個使用者USER的名稱，並將下方欄位「USER的權限(P)」中，「完全控制」的允許勾選位置打勾，然後按「確定」按鍵。
1-12：回到「進階共用」對話框中，按下「確定」按鍵，然後回到「共用」對話框，按下「關閉」按鍵，完成電腦共用資料夾(SMB)設定。
步驟2、印表機透過WEB介面設定掃描帳號
2-1：請開啟瀏覽器(以Internet Explorer為例)，在網址列輸入印表機IP位址。
2-2：此時瀏覽器會開啟印表機的EpsonNet Config的WEB介面畫面，將滑鼠移到畫面下方，選擇「Configuration」(組態)下的「Address Settings」(位址設定)功能。

2-4：直接在右邊攔位「Folder Address」(檔案夾位址)設定資料。
＊「Name」(名稱)：輸入中/英文或數字符號。
＊「Index」(索引)：機器面板上搜尋的名稱位置，建議輸入英文方便搜尋，也可不輸入。
＊「Folder Path」(資料夾路徑)：\\電腦名稱或IP位址\分享資料夾名稱。
＊「Authentication User Name」(驗證使用者名稱)：輸入登入電腦名稱，此處以user為例。
＊「Authentication Password」(驗證密碼)：此處必需輸入密碼，若沒有密碼請空白。
如果掃描會出現資料寫入錯誤，建議您到電腦的控制台的使用者帳戶中建立密碼。
最多可建立兩頁十筆，共二十筆帳號。
2-5：所有資料輸入完畢後，將畫面下方捲動桿拉到最左邊，點選「set」(設定)鍵，完成設定。
步驟3、由雷射複合機面板操作執行掃描工作
3-1：將掃描原稿放置於雷射複合機上方自動進紙器上，文字面朝上。
3-2：在液晶面板的左側，按下「掃描」功能鍵，此時「掃描」功能燈會亮起，液晶面板顯示：指定掃描位址時，按下方「F2」鍵，選擇「資料夾」。
3-3：時液晶面板會顯示：「請指定資料夾路徑」時，選擇「F2、F3、F4」按鍵可更改檔案格式、解析度及是否雙面掃描，若不更改，請按「F1」按鍵，選擇「儲存至」。
3-4：液晶面板之後會顯示：「儲存位置設定/按下[OK]鍵完成」提示時，可透過「F1、F2、F3」按鍵選擇要輸入的欄位，此處請按「F1」按鍵，選擇「儲存至」。
3-5：之後液晶面板會顯示：「儲存至」提示時，若要由面板直接輸入，請按「F2」按鍵選擇「直接」，之後再透過面板左邊的數字鍵輸入：\\電腦名稱或IP位址\分享資料夾名稱，若要使用「位址」，請按「F1」按鍵選擇「位址」。
此處按「F1」按鍵，使用「位址」進入通訊簿輸入。
3-6：液晶面板進入「通訊錄」後，會從第一筆依照建檔的順序向下排列，若要使用索引搜尋，請按「F4」按鍵選擇「ABC」，資料將從A~Z排序的標籤顯示，再透過「」或「」鍵，尋找先前的設定帳號。
※此處選擇之前設定001帳號，按「OK」按鍵確認。
3-7：此時液晶面板回到「儲存位置設定/按下[OK]鍵完成」畫面，清單下會顯示要儲存的位置、使用者名稱及密碼，另外可透過「F1、F2、F3」鍵選擇欄位更改資料。
若不更改，直接按下「OK 」鍵確認完成設定。
3-8：完成後，液晶面板上方出現：傳送帳號及檔案名稱，確認無誤後直接按「開始」鍵進行掃描。
※預設值為彩色掃描，若要掃描黑白檔案，請按「 」鍵，選擇「檔案設定」，然後按「F4」按鍵，更改色彩模式即可開始掃描。
3-9：出現「訊息畫面」後開始掃描工作。
3-10：若掃描原稿放置上方送紙器，會掃描直接傳送，若是放置於掃描玻璃平台上，則會出現下圖畫面，「！設定下一份文件」詢問是否有下一頁?如果還有下一頁，將掃描玻璃平台上的原稿更換後，再按「F2」按鍵選擇「下份文件」繼續掃描，若沒有下一頁，請按「F3」按鍵選擇「結束」按鍵，機器即會開始傳送。
3-11：當液晶面板回到掃描選單時，如沒有出現錯誤訊息，即傳送完成。
3-12：回到電腦端點選剛設定好的「共用資料夾」，確認掃描圖檔已在「共用資料夾」中表示完成。
