从食物谈到中西方饮食文化的一些差异,题材非常生活化,是学生感兴趣的话题之一,易于学生学以致用。
但本课新单词的类别与以往不同,它的新单词(Chinese, fast food, want, some, make, nice, chopsticks, difficult.)不是所谈话题(food)的主题概念,而是与话题之间存在一定的逻辑关系,因此在教学中应当采用不同于其他单元新单词的教授方法,在新标准小学英语中这是少有的难以把握的课例。
Unit2主要是巩固本模块所学的知识(What are you doing ? I’m making dumplings. Do you want some? Yes, please./ No, thank you.),并能运用重点句型比较中西方饮食方面差异,用英语向外国朋友介绍一些中国的食物。
