在eBay实习是一种怎样的体验
学毕业;一个设计师,是海龟,荷兰某大学交互设计研究生,上海交大本科毕业;程序员我接触不多,但知道至少3个海龟,有美国回来的,有英国回来的。
其中一个是我师兄,东南大学本科毕业,后去了英国牛津大学读研。
他假期总是早上五点(有时更早)起来跑步,工作了也经常去图书馆。
不得不说这些同事一个个都特别优秀,特别值得我学习,他们带给了我满满的正能量。
三、工作环境工作时间,工作时间是一天八小时(早九晚五/早十晚六),不打卡。
设计师基本上下午五点就走了,程序员会加会班。
下班以后都有各自丰富多彩的生活,有下馆子的,有学日语的,有踢球的,也有组队玩密室逃脱的。
公司环境非常好,室内设计以eBay的Logo的四种颜色为主要色调,每次来到办公室都很开心。
公司有免费早餐、免费零食和各种茶。
经常有各种工作以外的活动,都有公司报销哦。
如果某天中午突然要开会超过12点,公司会提供免费外卖午餐。
在eBay,员工会感到被尊重。
四、工作内容由于eBay在国内没有业务,工作内容相对较少。
特别是对于designer来说,工作内容更比程序员少,所以相对更轻松,但学到的东西也相对较少。
所以,在闲暇时自己能够上上设计网站,给自己充充电。
在eBay的一大好处就是——可以上很多被封的国外网站,比如Facebook,twitter,google,youtube等等。
我也第一次见识到了这些不曾见过的网站,知道了原来youtube上的视频广告是可以跳过的(不需要会员就可以跳过),见识到了Google Calendar,注册了facebook。
我旁边的设计师是荷兰回来的,所以带我做东西的时候会教会我很多国外才能学到的东西,比如怎么将一段英语文档用软件读成语音(特别像真人的语音),怎么在youtube上下载视频(youtube没有下载按钮)等等。
但是,如果想学到比较接中国地气的设计,这里恐怕不是个好选择。
因为,设计的内容太少。
