健身房使用须知

Notice for Use of the Gymnasium

1、本健身房只供住店客人使用，非住店客人谢绝使用。

Our gym is only available for the hotel guests, non-hotel guests are refused to use it.

2、进入健身房，请穿着运动鞋及合适的运动服装。

Please wear athletic shoes and appropriate sports attire during exercise in the gym.

3、16岁以下儿童不宜使用健身器材锻炼身体。

Children under 16 years old are not suitable to use the gymnasium for training.

4、为了您的身体健康，有心脏病、高血压患者以及醉酒人士不宜使用健身器材锻炼身体。

For your physical health, using fitness equipment for training is inappropriate to people who have heart disease, high blood pressure and drunkenness.

5、如您不确定如何使用运动器材，请致电“75”，由服务人员前

动器材设备损坏，需按规定赔偿。

Please don’t use the fitness equipment improperly and insecurely, if the equipment is damaged due to improper using, it must be compensated according to the cost.

7、为了提供一个安全和舒适的健身环境，室内禁止吸烟。

To provide a safe and comfort fitness environment, indoor smoking is prohibited.
