【摘要】Objective To explore the ketone for finger joint albuterol infantile cough variant asthma acute phase of treatment effect. Methods Select 100 cases of children cough variant asthma acute phase, randomly divided into observation group and control group, the 50 cases, observation group with finger joint albuterol for using ketone, Finn and aminophyl ine treatment for children with the control group using methadone, continuous treatment 15d. Results Children with children show ef iciency of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group ( <0.05), two groups of children with the total ef ective rate, the dif erence of adverse reactions between no statistical significance ( >0.05), and no severe adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion Ketone for finger joint albuterol infantile cough variant asthma acute stage has good treatment effect, is worthy of popularization and application.%目的：探讨酮替芬联合沙丁胺醇治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘急性期的治疗效果。

方法选取咳嗽变异性哮喘急性期患儿100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例，观察组患儿采用酮替芬联合沙丁胺醇治疗，对照组患儿采用酮替芬和氨茶碱治疗，持续治疗15d。

结果观察组患儿的显效率明显高于对照组患儿(<0.05)，两组患儿的总有效率、不良反应之
间差异没有统计学意义(>0.05)，并且均未出现严重不良反应。

结论酮替芬联合沙丁胺醇治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘急性期具有良好的治疗效果，值得推广应用。
