Purpose:目的：Issue lists is a tool to document/track/manage issues and action plans for resolution of the issues.问题清单是用来记录/跟踪/管理问题和解决问题的整改计划的工具。

Responsibility:职责：The Program Manager is responsible to ensure that all issues are identified and managed.
项目经理负责确认所有的问题已被识别和处理。

The SDT must maintain their functional issues and communicate plans for closure weekly.
同步开发团队成员必须维护自己只能相关的问题，并每周和团队交流自己关闭问题的行动计划。

Objective:目标：The issue list contains all issues for the program including Engineering, Manufacturing, Build, Quality, and Program; customer or internal.
问题清单包括项目中关于工程、生产、制造、质量和项目管理的所有问题，以及客户或内部问题。

Tips for effective plans:Action plans must contain deliverables and events.整改计划必须包含可交付文档和事件。

有效计划的技巧：Plans help to effectively manage teams / be clear about deliverables.计划能有助于有效管理团队/清楚明白需要交付的文档。

Publish issue lists weekly.
每周公布问题清单。
