销售助理薪酬激励方案
一、方案目的
根据多劳多得的原则，为充分调动站点成员的工作积极性，达到促进项目成
员增强营销技能、提高工作绩效的目的，特制定销售助理绩效考核办法。

二、奖励原则
绩效奖励遵循客观、公平、公正的原则，对项目成员的考核评价要以事实为
依据，避免主观倾向，对于弄虚作假情况将按照公司制度扣罚规范进行相应扣罚。

三、奖励对象
各站点销售助理。

四、运作阶段：
2013 年4月01日至2013 年12月31日
五、具体方案：
绩效考核分为月度考核奖励、季度奖励和年度奖励。

1、个人奖励
奖励方法：根据每个月 V3 系统反馈的结算单计算相关销售员的月度绩效，
上不封顶，多劳多得。

基本底薪1200150018002200 注：如每月个人绩效提成达到1500 元，月度奖金： 500 元
2、季度奖励
每年进行四次季度考核 (分 1-3 月、 4-6 月、 7-9 月、 10-12 月四个季度 ) 奖励方法：连续 3 个月提成额达到1200 元以上，季度奖励500 元。

3、年度奖励
每年进行一次年度奖励，年度奖励计算周期2013 年 01 月 01 日-2013 年
12 月 31 日。

奖励方法：每年提成额达到 1 万元以上奖励 1000 元， 2 万元
以上奖励 3000 元。
