关于高校二级工会建设的几点思考

【摘要】高校二级工会是面向教职工,直接与一线教职工打交道的平台,是实现上情下达、下情上达的重要桥梁。

因此,高校二级工会应充分发挥部门工会的组织协调作用,在队伍建设、制度建设、作风建设、共建二级教工之家四方面加强自身建设,并对二级工会怎样得到大多数教职工的理解、支持和认同提出三点建议,充分发挥二级工会的作用,使工会真正成为教职工之家。

%University branch union is a platform to communicate with front-line teaching and administrative staff directly.It is a significant bridge for information transmission between authorities and staff.Therefore,university branch union should play its role of organizing and coordinating as a department union,and strengthen self-construction on the four areas of team building,system building,work-style building,and joint building of branch family for teaching and administrative staff.At the same time,suggestions should be given on how branch union can get understanding,support,and approval from most of teaching and administrative staff,and how it can play its full role of branch union and make the union to be the family for teaching and administrative staff.
