1.BEFORE THE GAME START⽐赛前
How long is our tournament?

Our tournament lasts two weeks from 1 to 15 October.

2. DURING THE GAME ⽐赛中
The arrangement of the board is wrong, it should comply with the light square corner on right rule. The board should be placed between the players in such a way that the near corner square to the right of the player is white.
棋盘摆错了。

棋盘的摆法必须符合⽩格在右边的规则。

两个棋⼿之间的棋盘应该这样摆：棋⼿右⼿边棋盘⾓上的⽅格应为⽩⾊。

The initial position of the pieces was incorrect, the game should be cancelled and a new game played.

The draughts board has been wrongly placed , the game should continues, but the position reached must be transferred to a correctly placed board.

You have displaces some pieces on the board, as the rules defined you should re-establish the correct position (reconstruct the moves)on your own time.

It is found that an illegal move has been made, the position immediately before the irregularity shall be reinstated. And then the game continues.
如果发现⾛了不合乎规则的棋，必须把棋恢复到不合规则前的局⾯，然后继续⽐赛。

If the position immediately before the irregularity cannot be determined, the game shall continue from the last identifiable position prior to the irregularity. The clocks shall be adjusted correspondingly.
如果在不合乎规则棋前的局⾯不能确定，那么⽐赛必须从不合乎规则棋前⾯能够确认的局⾯开始继续⽐赛。

计时钟也要相应的调整。

What penalties should be taken against the players who made the illegal moves?
对棋⼿⾛出不符合规则棋步的处罚是什么？
For the first two illegal moves made by a player, the arbiter shall give two minutes extra time to his opponent in each instance; for a third illegal move by the same player, the arbiter shall declare the game lost by this player.
当⼀名棋⼿出现两次⾛出不符合规则的棋时，裁判有权每次通过给对⼿额外增加两分钟的⽅式对棋⼿给予处罚；当同⼀棋⼿出现第三次⾛出不符合规则的棋时，裁判将宣布该名棋⼿输棋。
