4. Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, shredded cabbage, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to combine with the vegetables.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables.
7. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
8. Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
