【摘要】[Objective]To observe the efficacy and side effect of butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.[Methods]100 patients with a-cute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into butylphthalide group and control group. After treatment,the clinical efficacy,NIHSS score and the Barthel index,side effect were
observed.[Results ]The effective rate in the treatment group 88.0%was higher than that in the control group 74.0%,the dif-ference between two groups was significant.The NIHSS score and the Barthel index on the 14th day and the 28th day of the two groups al improved compared to those before the treatment and the observation group was superior to the control group,with significant differences .[Conclusion] Butylph-thalide can effectively improve neurological impairment in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and has effect on acute cerebralinfarct, and is worthy further clinical promotion and application.% [目的]观察丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死（acute cerebral infarction，ACI）的疗效及不良反应。

[方法]将ACI100例随机分成丁苯酞治疗组和对照组各50例。

用药后观察临床疗效及脑卒中量表（NIHSS）评分和Barthel指数，记录不良反应。

[结果]治疗组总有效率88.0%明显高于对照组74.0％，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

在14、28d两组
患者的Barthel指数、NIHSS评分比治疗前，治疗组好转均明显于对照组，差异比较有统计学意义（P<0．05）。

[结论]丁苯酞软胶囊能有效改善ACI患者神经功能缺损,明显提高治疗效果，值得在临床进一步推广应用。
