Buying a new OTR microwave is an exciting experience. We created this guide to help you collect the information you need to make choosing your new OTR Microwave as easy as possible. Please use this measurement guide to ensure your new appliance will fit in its space properly. A measurement off by as little as 1/4 inch can turn the excitement of your new purchase into a major inconvenience. Double-checking your measurements will help to ensure a smooth purchase and delivery. These measurements are not required but are suggested
to ensure you select the right product.®
An appliance returned because it will not fit will cost you (the customer) a delivery fee and possibly a restocking fee. All OTR microwaves are 30” wide. If you are replacing a vent hood is it 30” wide? Yes No
Does your backsplash area have custom tile or metal?

Please measure any bare wall between the top of your custom backsplash and your current OTR\vent hood.

Do you have a 110v power source? This should be no problem if you currently have or had a working OTR or vent hood.

Ventilation comes in two forms. Most systems will vent the air out of the house through ducting. Others will pull the air through filters and recirculate it back into the room. All OTR microwaves can be adjusted to conform to the system in your home. If you are paying for our installation, we will connect your new OTR to either system. NFM installers cannot create a new out of the house ducting system.
Is a breaker switch available to turn the power off?

A new OTR microwave will provide years of enjoyment. Most new models are faster, bigger and have more features. Color choices include stainless steel, white, and black. We provide live demonstrations for our displayed models. Come in and see us to help you narrow it down, that’s why we

• Our delivery teams are insured and qualified.• We will provide you with a two hour window
delivery notification the day prior to delivery.• An individual 18 years or older must be present to receive the delivery.
• Our drivers will call you 30 minutes ahead of delivery.
• The delivery team will provide crated delivery service only for built-in appliances like over-the-
range microwaves (OTR).• The delivery team will haul away your old OTR if it has been removed prior to the delivery and has been pre-arranged.
• Our installation team is available for a
professional installation of your new OTR
microwave if you purchase the service. Please
