Copies of each dossier shall be available in Project Records for Personnel performing or expected to perform NDE. Coordinate & maintain an NDT Personnel Roster (Certs copy) on all Projects. Note: 2. This checklist may be used to evaluate each one or a batch of personnel qualifications submitted in one transmittal.

General Requirements (For Subcontractor, Prime Contractor & NDT Service Provider Co.)
NDT Service Provider* has a written practice or procedure covering NDT (Magnetic particle Testing) personnel training, experience, qualification, and certification submitted to the Saudi Aramco Inspection Department, Dhahran and approved. For in-kingdom works, written practice shall meet the minimum requirements of ANSI/ASNT CP-189 (latest edition) plus the additions and clarifications outlined in SAEP-1142. *These are one of the SA Approved NDT Companies. Personnel performing or evaluating Magnetic Particle Testing results shall be certified in MPT method. (Personnel has submitted his certificate for verification.) Personnel responsible for interpretation of or affecting results of NDT operations shall be certified to a minimum of Level II per the certifying organization's written practice. The claimed training and/or experience of the NDT personnel from the previous employer's) has been obtained and verified by the current employer and has retained the verification on file. Note: Any claimed training or experience that cannot be verified and documented shall be considered invalid. The responsible NDT Level III has verified the documentation/certification and attested in writing to its validity. Vision examinations shall be performed annually according to Section 6 of ANSI/ASNT CP-189. Review Records Level I and II NDT personnel shall be recertified by the employer as per Section 6 of CP-189, i.e., by examination. Recertification by demonstration of experience is not allowed. Review Results. Level III personnel shall be recertified by verification of the individual's ASNT Level III certificate in each method for which re-certification is sought. A practical examination may be required for level III recertification at the discretion of the Saudi Aramco Level III.
