摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent dew condensation and warp of the titled panel by holding the back surface of a heat insulating material by a heater wire extended between panel frames. CONSTITUTION:In a floor panel B, the lower surface (back surface) of the heat insulating material 5 is held by a sheath heater wire 8 extended in a zigzag manner between panel frames 1, and a temperature adjustor 9 (such as a thermostat) for controlling the power supply to the sheath heater wire 8 is mounted on the inner surface sides of the panel frames 1. By this arrangement, when the floor panel B is built in the floor of first story, the floor panel B can be controlled constantly to a uniform temperature by the heat generation of the sheath heater wire 8 even when the moisture under the floor is high. Therefore, it is made possible to prevent dew condensation or generation of warp. It is needless to say that the heat insulating material 5 can be held by the sheath heater wire 8.
