【摘要】目的：分析CysC、Hcy、HbA1c、hs-CRP在糖尿病早期肾损伤中的应用价值。

方法将我院2012年4月～2014年9月收治的62例糖尿病早期肾损伤患者作为研究组；将同期62例健康体检者作为对照组，检测两组HbA1c、hs-CRP、CysC、Hcy等指标水平。

统计两组研究对象HbA1c、hs-CRP、CysC、Hcy水平，比较研究组相关指标联合检测阳性率及单独检测阳性率。

结果研究组HbA1c、hs-CRP、CysC、Hcy等指标水平均高于对照组，两组差异显著（P＜0.05）；研究组相关指标单独检测阳性率显著低于联合检测阳性率，差异显著（P ＜0.05）。

结论 HbA1c、hs-CRP、CysC、Hcy均可作为糖尿病早期肾损伤的检测指标，且四项指标联合检测可有效提高其诊断的阳性率及准确率，在糖尿病早期肾损伤患者的早期诊断与治疗中具有重要意义。

%Objective To analyze the value of CysC, Hcy, HbA1c and hs-CRP in early diabetic renal
injury.Methods 62 cases with early diabetic kidney injury in our hospital who were selected from April 2012 to September 2014 were studied as study group; 62 cases of healthy persons who were selected as the same period as the study group and considered as the control group. HbA1c, hs-CRP, CysC, Hcy and other indicators of the level of two groups were detected,. HbA1c, hs-CRP, CysC, Hcy level of two groups were compared
and the study group related indicators combined detection positive rate and the positive rate of the individual test were compared. Results The indexes of CysC, hs-CRP, Hcy and HbA1c in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the difference between the two groups was signiifcant (P<0.05);The positive rate of the individual test in the study group was signiifcantly lower than the positive rate of combined detection, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion HbA1c, hs-CRP, CysC, Hcy levels can be used as indicators of early renal damage in diabetes,and the combination of four indexes can effectively improve the positive rate and accuracy of the diagnosis, it has important implications in the early diagnosis and treatment of early diabetic kidney injury patients.【总页数】2页(P32-33)
