Study on the Nursing Intervention Method of Intraoperative Hypothermia in Elderly Orthopedic Patients
LIN Bin Department of Surgery, Fujian Provincial Hospital, Fuzhou, Fujian Province, 350003 China [Abstract] Objective To explore the method of intraoperative low body temperature nursing intervention for elderly ortho鄄 pedic patients. Methods The basic research data were obtained from 62 elderly Orthopedic patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were convenient selected. The necessary groupings were performed according to randomized measures. The same number of cases were 31 cases. The control group used routine nursing measures, and the observation group used hypothermia nursing intervention method to compare the body temperature change index, adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups. Results The anus temperature (36.43依1.32)毅C, oral temperature (36.78依0.64)毅C, body surface temperature (36.11依1.42)毅C, and the anus temperature of the control group (35.82依0.56)毅C, o鄄 ral temperature after observation of low temperature nursing (35.69依0.56) 毅C, body surface temperature (34.58依1.43) 毅C渊t= 2.369, 7.136, 4.227; the overall index of the observation group was better than the control group, and the adverse reaction rate of the observation group after treatment was 9.68%. The control group was 32.26%渊字2=4.769). The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower. The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.55 after the nursing, and the control group was 70.97%. The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly improved 渊字2= 5.415, P约0.05. Conclusion The increase of cryotherapy in elderly orthopedic patients can provide patients with more ideal nursing measures, pay attention to the management of intraoperative details, provide patients with more scientific nursing measures, make the nursing process more standardized, and restore its later stage, create better conditions.
