手轮、手柄及传动机构均不允许作起吊用,并严禁碰撞。 双闸板闸阀应垂直安装(即阀杆处于垂直位置 , 手轮在顶部 )。 带有旁通阀的闸阀在开启前应先打开旁通阀(以平衡进出口的压差及减小开启力 )。 带传动机构的闸阀,按产品使用说明书的规定安装。 如果阀门经常开关使用 , 每月至少润滑一次。

改造后的液压摇臂钻床的主传动和进给传动的低速段均用某集团MC6型轴向柱塞液压马达,以实现液压无级变速;高速段则采用机械无级变速,其间配以齿轮传动过渡。

它可以进行钻孔、扩孔、铰孔、锪平面和攻螺纹等加工,是万能性较大的通用机床。

现行的摇臂钻床均采用齿轮传动,为有级变速机构,零件多、结构复杂、制造周期长,且在加工过程中不能变换主轴转速和进给量。

为解决这些问题,我们以现有的Z3040-16摇臂钻床为参考机型,对主轴变速系统进行了液压改造,这种新型摇臂钻床的主传动和进给传动的低速段均用某集团MC6型轴向柱塞液压马达,以实现液压无级变速;高速段则采用机械无级变速,其间配以齿轮传动过渡。

由于大量采用了标准件,所以可简化整体结构,缩短制造周期。

1传动方案设计Z3040液压传动系统由3部分组成:主轴传动系统、进给传动系统及立柱夹紧系统(如图1所示)。

主轴传动系统和进给传动系统均采用液压马达配以锥轮机械无级变速器和同步带,以扩大变速范围,并满足主轴转矩匹配的要求。

立柱夹紧液压系统基本保留了原Z3040的设计,只是由原独立供油系统,改为现在的共用供油系统。

2调速方式与液压泵的选择在选择液压泵时,我们考虑过两种调速方案:一是限压式变量泵与调速阀组成的调速回路;二是差压式变量泵与节流阀组成的调速回路。
