青岛海鲜俗名大全青岛这地方有些方面还别说,还真的挺个性的,比方说市面上的海货,不管自家海里产的还是其它海里拖回来的,形形色色的海货都有一个俗名,有的海货不但给起了个小名,而且还给取了个响当当的外号。
一提小海鲜,百分之百的青岛人脑海里就集体无意识的首先想到蛤蜊,且别门心思地给蛤蜊起了个昵称,字典上没有的读音:[ga la].念起来顺口,叫起来自然,听起来亲切。
以前外地人来这里乍一听不知所云,一头雾水。
如今外地人不管来不来这里,大凡想起青岛念起故人,一般也就捎带着记起了小小的蛤蜊,一句[ga la]脱口而出,一句发狠地青岛话蛮地道。
我深有体会,许许多多的青岛朋友也有类似的体会。

4.番茄洗净,切十字花,放入开水烫一下,剥去皮,切小块。

6.边炒,边用铲子铲碎
7.放入海虾煸炒匀,
8.加些料酒
9.加些盐煸炒匀,

11.加些胡椒粉煮开,
12.撒些葱花即可。

海鲜虾皮茄汁
材料:新鲜茄子三条,虾皮,海鲜汤,麻油。
步骤:。
