IIIGF 0018-2018中国英语能力等级量表1 范围本规范规定了中国英语学习者和使用者的英语能力等级,描述了各等级的能力表现特征。

本规范适用于英语测评,可供英语教学、学习及其他参考。

2 术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本规范。

2.1量表scale对能力进行评估和分级的系列标准。

《中国英语能力等级量表》(China Standards of English,简称CSE) 是首个面向中国学习者的英语能 力标准,经国家语委语言文字规范标准审定委员会审定通过,于2018年4月12日 由教育部、国家语言文字工作委 员会正式发布 。作为国家语委语言文字规范自2018年6月1日正式实施。
《中国英语能力等级量表》将划分为九个等级。其中,一二级大致对应小学水平,三级对应初中,四级对应 高中,五六级对应大学,七级对应英语专业,八九级对应高端外语人才。每个等级在听说读写、翻译、知识策略 等方面,都有不同的要求。
2016年研制团队已经完成两个重点突破级别(五级和六级)的考试大纲研制工作。国外已经有不少成熟的英 语评价体系,中国的英语能力等级量表也将与之相对接。
