继承 - 指一个人死亡后，其财产权益依法转到其法定继承人或指定的继承人。
诉讼 - 通过法院解决争议的过程，当事人通过法律程序争夺自己的权益。
判决 - 法官根据法律规定对案件作出的决定，对法律权益和责任作出裁定。
