摘要
制浆造纸中段废水是指化学法制浆生产过程中产生的除黑液外的全部废水的总称,主要是经黑液提取后的蒸煮浆料在洗浆、筛选、漂白以及打浆中所排放的水还包括一少部分由于处理不当而溢漏的黑液。这部分废水水量大,主要污染物为木素和漂白过程中产生的氯酚类物质。由环境保护部和国家质量监督检验疫总局于2008 年联合发布的造纸行业水污染物排放标准《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544-2008)中,将可吸附有机卤素指标调整为强制执行项目。同时,我国是严重缺水的国家之一,在淡水资源日益紧张的今天,对造纸中段废水进行深度处理势在必行。
本设计是山东晨鸣纸业10万吨/d制浆中段废水综合处理设计。进水水质为
≤300~50 mg/L 0,ρ(SS)≤850mg/L, AOX≤20, 色pH=4~9,COD≤3000mg/L,BOD

度≤1000times。2009 年5 月1 日实行新标准造纸工业水污染物排放标准(GB3544-2008)规定pH=6~9,COD≤80mg/L,BOD
≤20mg/L,ρ(SS)≤30mg/L, AOX≤12,

色度≤50times。本着技术先进成熟,运行可靠切合实际,降低运行费用,操作管理简单,占地少的原则。通过对该厂的中段废水的水量水质等特点的分析,结合该费水的处理工艺,对厂区的卫生要求及本工程的具体要求采用卡鲁塞尔氧化沟工艺为核心的处理工艺。污水工艺处理流程为:格栅----纤维回收车间---集水池---混凝池---初沉池---卡鲁塞尔氧化沟----二沉池---脱色。设计的污水处理系统具有费用低,占地少的优点。是一种高效,经济,灵活的污水处理技术。按GB3544—2001《造纸工业水污染排放标准》中非木浆漂白要求,达到排放标准。

Abstract

The design is the preliminary design of the integrated treatment of 100000 t / d straw of Paper Mill Wastewater. Water quality for pH = 4~9, the COD≤ 3000mg/L, BOD5 ≤ 300 ~ 500, ρ (SS) ≤ 850 mg / L, AOX ≤ 20, the chroma ≤ 1000times. May 1, 2009 to implement the new standard for the paper industry standards for water pollutants (in GB3544-2008) provides pH = 6~9 of COD≤80mg/L and BOD5≤ 20mg/L, ρ(SS)≤30mg/L,of AOX≤12, the chromaticity≤50times. This makes papermaking wastewater discharge standards "imminent.
