从试卷分值分配来看,变动较大:原本30分听力加上15分口语,合并为40分听说考试,并且听说部分全部为新题型;原本笔试部分100,调整为现在的110分。

第一题——朗读的升级版模仿朗读。

根据题目给出的文章以及录音,听短文后模仿朗读,8分。

改变说明:原来:学生直接看着文本朗读现在:学生先听再模仿朗读,难度降低,兼顾考查学习模仿能力第二题——情景对话与听力的完美结合第一节:听选信息。

听对话或独白,听完后根据给出的问题及括号内的提示,口头回答。

共6小题,12分。

改变说明:原来:纸笔考试单项选择题现在:屏幕上呈现问题及可选择的答案,学生口头回答第二节:回答问题。

听独白,根据给出的题目口头回答问题。

共4小题,8分。

2016年英语科⽬题型、分值和考试时长变化: 听说考试 原⼝语考试共三⼤题,满分15分,考试时长约为13分钟;原听⼒考试共两⼤题,满分35分,考试时长约为23分钟 新“听说考试”共三⼤题,包括模仿朗读、信息获取、信息转述及询问,满分40分,考试时长约为20分钟 笔试 原笔试共五⼤题,满分135分,考试时长为120分钟 新笔试共四⼤题,包括语法选择、完形填空、阅读和写作,满分110分,考试时长为120分钟 ⼴州⽇报讯: ⼴州市招考办昨⽇发布消息,从明年起,中考英语⼝语考试和听⼒考试合并,实⾏英语听说考试。

2016年中考英语科⽬的总分仍是150分,保持不变。

考试分为“听说考试”和“笔试”两个部分,“听说考试”初步定于5⽉份,采⽤计算机辅助考试(“⼈机对话”)⽅式进⾏;“纸笔考试”与⽂化课考试其他科⽬同期进⾏。

针对新⽅案,⼴铁⼀中英语⽼师⾔芳认为,虽然考试形式有变,但对考⽣能⼒的要求以及知识点考察并没有太⼤的变化,考⽣不必为此焦虑。

⽬前初三年级已按照新的考试⽅案进⾏备考。

“听说考试第⼀题是模仿朗读,⽐过去的直接朗读更容易了,考⽣可以先听⼀遍,万⼀遇到不会念的词也可以模仿,卡壳的⼏率减⼩了。

”⾔芳说,原来的⼝语考试⾥有情景对话和⼝头作⽂,开放性⽐较⼤,新的听说考试则改为信息获取、信息转述与询问、⼝头提问。

“信息转述与询问就是机器念⼀段话,学⽣可以准备50秒,再根据试卷上给定的框架和关键字进⾏复述,⽐较⽽⾔答案更加可控,从⽽提⾼了批改的准确性和公平性。

” ⼴铁⼀中赖彩红⽼师表⽰,除了听说合并变化外,笔试部分阅读题的分值从原来的40分提⾼到45分,语法和完形填空的分值⽐原来增加了10分。

由于阅读和完形填空都是通过篇章形式呈现,因此学⽣要更注重对篇章理解能⼒的提⾼。

广州市初中毕业生学业考试英语听说考试题型方案为贯彻落实《国务院关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》(国发〔2014〕35号)及省、市教育行政部门的有关精神,推进我市初中毕业生学业考试(以下简称“中考”)工作的改革与发展,进一步提高中考的科学性与公平性,并使中考英语考试的形式与高考有效衔接,经研究,我市于2016年起实施中考英语听说考试,特制定本方案。

一、总体目标和基本原则(一)总体目标。

中考英语听说考试通过对英语听力与口语考试的有机整合及题型设计的修改完善,发挥计算机辅助考试的优势,有效降低两试分开组织的风险及难度,更科学、全面地考察学生的英语听说能力,进一步提高考试的信度和效度,以适应现代英语考试的新标准和招生考试制度改革的新要求。

(二)基本原则。

1.题型设计涵盖英语听说技能的基本元素,符合国家课程标准要求。

2.题型设计包括英语听说能力中不同水平层次的微技能,可以照顾不同经济和教育水平的地区差异。

3.题型设计具有应用智能语音技术进行评分的可行性。

4.题型设计能保证命题的灵活性,且适合开发智能评卷题库,有利于大面积推广并在今后较长时间内稳定使用。

二、题型设计(一)题型设计依据。

1.《省考试大纲》中关于“考试方式”的说明。

《省考试大纲》对“考试方式”的说明如下:“考试方式包括笔试、听力和口试。

笔试采用闭卷方式,听力内容至少应占总分的20%;口试内容应占总分的10%。

……口试可以独立进行,也可以使用计算机辅助听说合考方式,采用模仿朗读、听选信息、回答问题、听记要点、听后转述信息和询问信息等题型。

有关考试方式由地级以上市教育行政部门统一确定。

”2.《课程标准》中听力及口语的分级能力要求。

《课程标准》听力和口语的五级能力描述,要求学生能听懂对话、故事或叙述,并通过对所听内容的意义和语篇特征(如逻辑关系)的理解简单记录信息,提取信息、主题和观点;能进行对话交流(如角色表演)以及独白(如提供信息、表达观点和意见),并在相关的口语活动中做到语音、语调自然,语气恰当。

为了适应新的形势下社会对大学生英语听力能力需求的变化,进一步提高听力测试的效度,全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会决定自2016年6月考试起将对四、六级考试的听力试题作局部调整。

对于四级听力试题的调整具体如下:

3 新增短篇新闻(3段)
其余测试内容不变。

首先考试的改革至少说明三点:
1. 全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会的改革决定是想让这个考试成为在大学期间值得学生去认真备战的能力性考试。

2. 每次(包含这次)改革后的考试无疑在出题形式上结合了国内外众多考试形式之精华与高效,力图让考试本身最大程度的反映出考生的实际能力和水平,并迫使学生为了相应的题型去进行必要的学习准备。

3. 改革之后,题型更注重实用,难度有所提升。

在这次四级听力改革之中,主要发生变化的只有第一部分。

长对话和篇章听力与以往考试中相比,并无不同。

新的听说考试一共有三大题,分别是模仿朗读、信息获取、信息转述及询问。

据专家分析,第一部分“模仿朗读”,再也不能像以前的朗读课文那样简单送分了。

“60个词左右的文章,50秒的朗读时间,考题要求你模仿读什么,就要读什么。

如果没有上佳的模仿能力,很难跟上语音语调。


第二部分“信息获取”的考查形式是在屏幕上呈现题目以及三个备选答案,让考生带着问题寻找答案。

这需要考生拿着笔快速标注相关信息点,精力要高度集中。

而第三部分的“信息转述及询问”作为听说考试的“终极boss”,要求考生有强大的听力能力的同时,还要具备足够的归纳和复述能力,这将成为不少考生的最终拦路虎。

明师教育中考研究院英语科专家指出,新题型要求考生不仅具备良好的听力理解能力,在提取听力信息的同时,还要求能够组织语言回答问题,对考生的综合运用能力要求大大提高。

“以往只要能听懂,基本上可以获得听力满分,而新题型出来以后,如果考生口语表达欠缺,或发音不标准甚至发音错误,就算完全听懂也不可能获得听说满分或高分。

”因此,对于综合运用能力强、口语好的考生,改革后考英语更有优势。
