PLC控制的环形传输分拣系统[摘要] 本文主要介绍以plc控制环形皮带分拣系统,实现分拣不同的物料,以达到节约人力资源,提高生产率,从而实现分拣过程自动化。

[关键词] 编码器传感器变频器气压传动元件在现代工业中,生产过程的机械化、自动化已成为突出的主题。

随着工业现代化的进一步发展,自动化已经成为现代企业中的重要支柱,无人车间、无人生产流水线等等,已经随处可见。

本文介绍的环形皮带分拣系统可实现不同物料的分拣。

一、环形皮带传送分拣系统运行要求环形皮带传送分拣系统如图1所示。

系统启动后,环形皮带以50hz 顺时针运行一周,检测皮带上是否有物料。

若有物料则皮带机继续运行按物料分拣要求将物料推入对应的料仓,然后再进行正常分拣工作;若无物料则运行一周结束后按正常流程进行分拣工作。

正常工作:首先将料仓中物料推入皮带,物料到达减速点后以20hz运行并进行材质检测、颜色检测。

若料仓中物料数小于二时,发出报警信号,报警指示灯以2hz频率闪烁,提示工作人员料仓储料不足,当最后一个物料分拣完毕后系统自动停止运行,同时报警指示灯熄灭。

环形皮带传送分拣系统控制要求:(1)挑检出物料中的白色件。

(2)若物料为金属件则直接将金属物料送到a槽。

(3)若物料为塑料件且为蓝色则送至b槽。

(4)当符合要求的物料到达输出平台后,等待机械手搬运,皮带机停止运行。

(5)待机械手将物料搬运走后环形皮带传送分拣站继续进行出料传送分拣工作。

图1 系统结构图二、控制系统软件设计1. plc输入输出信号地址分配根据系统的控制要求分配plc输入/输出信号地址见表1。

2.气动回路连接图本系统涉及多个电磁阀控制作用气缸,采用一个两位三通单线圈电磁阀、四个两位五通单线圈电磁阀、一个单作用气缸以及四个双作用气缸,设计的气动回路图如图2所示。

【注意事项】1.对阿司匹林过敏者一般对本品不发生过敏反应。

但有报告在因阿司匹林过敏发生哮喘的病人中,少数病人可在服用本品后发生支气管痉挛。

2.酒精中毒、患肝病或病毒性肝炎时,本品有增加肝脏毒性的危险,应慎用。

3.肾功能不全者长期大量使用本品,有增加肾脏毒性的危险,应慎用。

4.因疼痛服用此药时,不得连续使用5天以上,退热治疗不得超过3天,除非另有医嘱。

1PG功能模块的使用一、1PG的概述二、缓冲存储器(BFM)的分配注:PGO为原点检测,DOG为减速点检测,STOP为行程终端检测。

以下讲述的是用FX2N-1PG控制步进电机使用FX2N-1PG控制,首先要对其缓冲存储器(BFM)进行设定,BFM总共有32个地址单元,每个地址单元有16位,通过改变这32个地址单元的值来进行控制。

主要理解#25、#26、#27、#28中每一位表示的含意。

#25为操作命令,#27、#26为当前位置,#28为状态和错误代码,以下将有介绍。

其它的单元的内容查看三菱《FX系列特殊功能模块用户手册》说明书的FX2N-1PG功能模块的介绍。

PLC通过FROM/TO功能指令对FX2N-1PG中缓冲存储器的值进行读/写。

不同操作模式和缓存设置三、TO/FROM指令的概述四、程序实例用此功能模块控制SX-815L设备上机器人的直行运行。

(1).FX2N-1PG输出模式为脉冲输出模式。

既能实现JOG操作,又可以定位运行。

(2).缓冲存储器设置1.将#3的值设为H100,即为脉冲输出模式,改变BFM#3的值就可以改变1PG 的输出模式(请参照BFM列表)。

最大速度(BFM#4)设为k9000,基速(BFM#6)设为k300,JOG速度(BFM#7)设为k6000,原点返回速率(BFM#9)设为k6000,回原点过减速点后的爬行速率(BFM#11)为k2000,原点返回的0点个数即POG 的输入次数(BFM#12)设为1,原点的位置(BFM#13)设为0,加减速时间设为可k300.(3).操作命令(BFM#25)设置注意:BFM#25b6到b4和b12到b8中只有一位可以置位,如果其中有两个或更多被置位,不会有操作执行。

(4).状态和错误代码读取(BFM#28)如:将BFM#28中的值送入K4M100中,把BFM#28的状态标志位通过M100~M116表示,PLC可通过这辅助继电器来做出判断。

其结构式为:C 8H9NO2151.16【性状】本品为白色片。

【药理毒理】本品为乙酰苯胺类解热镇痛药。

通过抑制环氧化酶,选择性抑制下丘脑体温调节中枢前列腺素的合成,导致外周血管扩张、出汗而达到解热的作用,其解热作用强度与阿司匹林相似;通过抑制前列腺素等的合成和释放,提高痛阈而起到镇痛作用,属于外周性镇痛药,作用较阿司匹林弱,仅对轻、中度疼痛有效。

本品无明显抗炎作用。

【药代动力学】本品口服后吸收迅速而完全,吸收后在体内分布均匀。

口服后0.5~2小时血药浓度达峰值。

血浆蛋白结合率约为25%~50%。

本品90%~95%在肝脏代谢,主要代谢产物为葡糖醛酸及硫酸结合物。

主要以与葡糖醛酸结合的形式从肾脏排泄,24小时内约有3%以原形随尿排出。

其血浆半衰期为l~3小时,肾功能不全时半衰期不受影响,但肝功能不全患者及新生儿、老年人半衰期有所延长,而小儿则有所缩短。

Upon receiving the instrument, please unpack and inspect it to check if there is any damage caused during transportation. If any sign of damage is found, notify the bearer and/or the dealer immediately.3-2. Checking the Line VoltageThe instruments can be applied with any kind of line voltage shown in the table below. Before connecting the power plug to an AC line outlet, make sure the voltage selector of the rear panel is set to the correct position corresponding to the line voltage. AC Withstanding TestTake GPT-805 as example, if want to output 5000V AC, set the cut-off current to 100mA and ARC to 50mA. During the 60s test time, the instrument will keep on testing even when the ARC appears.1) Connect the Withstanding/Insulation Tester to the ground.2) Adjust the “V oltage Knob” counter-clockwise to the lowestvoltage position.3)Set power switch to ON position. 4) Set CURRENT/ARC to position. 5) Set Range to 100mA range.6) Set to I Set position by pressing (8) key, then adjust theCurrent VR until the value of 100.0 is displayed on the panel. 7) until the value of 50.0 is displayed on the panel. 8) Set to pressing (14) key.9) Set Timer to ON position, adjust the knob until the timervalue is at 60s.10) Connect a test lead from the Return terminal (18) to the EUT(equipment under test).11) Connect a red high pot probe from “High voltage outputterminal” (17) to the EUT (equipment under test).12) Press RESET key once to appear STBY(Stand by) on thedisplay, then adjust (13) the voltage knob until the value of 5.00 is display on the panel.13) Then, press START key to proceed testing, during testing, thewarning indicator(3) will be flashing continuously.USER MANUAL1414) If the value displayed on the panel drops because of the loadadding test, adjust “V oltage knob” to maintain the value at 5.00. 15) If the test on the EUT is approval, the PASS indicator on thepanel will be lighted up.16) If the test on the EUT is disapproval, the FAIL indicator on thepanel will be lighted up and the buzzer will blare out a warning. Now remove the high pot probe from the EUT, and press RESET to turn off the buzzer and FAIL light, then theinstrument will be back to the initial status.5-2. DC Withstanding TestTake GPT-815 as example, if want to output 5000VDC, set the cut-off current to 10mA and ARC to 10mA. Now remove the high pot probe from the EUT, and press RESET to turn off the buzzer and FAIL light, then the instrument will be back to the initial status.USER MANUAL165-3. Insulation TestTake GPT-825 as example, set output to 1000V , but without specifying the test time.1) Connect the Withstanding/Insulation Tester to the ground.2) Adjust the “V oltage Knob” counter-clockwise to the lowestvoltage position.3) Set power switch to ONposition. 4)Set the key (15) to IR 5) 6) Connect a test lead from the Return terminal (18) to the EUT(equipment under test).7) Connect a red high pot probe from “High voltage outputterminal (17)” to the EUT (equipment under test).8) Press RESET key once to appear STBY (Stand by) on thedisplay, then, press START key to proceed testing. During testing, the warning indicator (3) will be flashing continuously. 9) If the insulation resistance of the EUT is within 2000M Ω, thusthe panel will display the insulation resistance value of the EUT, and the testing is kept going until the RESET key is pressed. 10) If the test on the EUT is disapproval, the FAIL indicator on thepanel will be lighted up and the buzzer will blare out a warning. Now remove the high pot probe from the EUT, and press RESET to turn off the buzzer and FAIL light, then the instrument will be back to the initial status.ELECTRICAL SAFETY TESTERUSER MANUAL176. MAINTENANCEThe following instructions are used by qualified person only to avoid electrical shock, do not perform any service other than contained in the operation instructions unless you are qualified to do so.6-1. Fuse Rating and typeIf the fuse blows, the product will not operate. Try to determine and correct the cause of the blown fuse, then replace the fuse with correct rating and type shown as below:WARNING: For continued fire protection, replace only with 250V fuse of the specified type and rating, and disconnect the power cord before proceeding fuse replacement.6-2. 对乙酰氨基酚片说明书【药品名称】通用名:对乙酰氨基酚片曾用名:商品名:英文名: Paracetamol Tablets汉语拼音: Duiyixian Anjifen Pian本品主要成分是对乙酰氨基酚,其化学名为N-(4-羟基苯基)乙酰胺。

其结构式为:C 8H9NO2151.16【性状】本品为白色片。

【药理毒理】本品为乙酰苯胺类解热镇痛药。

通过抑制环氧化酶,选择性抑制下丘脑体温调节中枢前列腺素的合成,导致外周血管扩张、出汗而达到解热的作用,其解热作用强度与阿司匹林相似;通过抑制前列腺素等的合成和释放,提高痛阈而起到镇痛作用,属于外周性镇痛药,作用较阿司匹林弱,仅对轻、中度疼痛有效。

本品无明显抗炎作用。

【药代动力学】本品口服后吸收迅速而完全,吸收后在体内分布均匀。

口服后0.5~2小时血药浓度达峰值。

血浆蛋白结合率约为25%~50%。

本品90%~95%在肝脏代谢,主要代谢产物为葡糖醛酸及硫酸结合物。

主要以与葡糖醛酸结合的形式从肾脏排泄,24小时内约有3%以原形随尿排出。

其血浆半衰期为l~3小时,肾功能不全时半衰期不受影响,但肝功能不全患者及新生儿、老年人半衰期有所延长,而小儿则有所缩短。

能通过乳汁分泌。

【适应症】解热镇痛类药,用于发热、头痛、关节痛等。

【用法用量】口服一次0.3~0.6g(一次l~2片),根据需要一日3~4次,一日用量不宜超过2g(7片)。

退热治疗一般不超过3天,镇痛给药不直超过10天。

儿童按体重一次10~15mg/kg,每4~6小时1次;12岁以下儿童每24小时不超过5次剂量,疗程不超过5天。

本品不宜长期服用。

【不良反应】常规剂量下,对乙酰氨基酚的不良反应很少,偶尔可引起恶心、呕吐、出汗、腹痛、皮肤苍白等,少数病例可发生过敏性皮炎(皮疹、皮肤瘙痒等)、粒细胞缺乏、血小板减少、高铁血红蛋白血症、贫血、肝肾功能损害等,很少引起胃肠道出血。

【禁忌症】严重肝肾功能不全患者及对本品过敏者禁用。

SX-815L 机电一体化综合实训考核设备
1.1 设备概述
该设备是依据维修电工高技能人才培训教程,维修电工考核鉴定题库的要求开发设计。

整套系统由机电一体化综合实训平台、一体化维修平台以及双工位实训电脑桌等部分组成,是集机、电、气为一体的综合型实训设备。

机电一体化综合实训平台由上料单元、环形皮带分拣单元、四轴四自由度机器人搬运单元、直流调速钻床模拟加工单元、气动装配单元、加温单元(选配)、交流伺服仓储单元、触摸屏监控单元以及故障设置单元等部分组成,融合了PLC控制技术、PLC定位功能模块应用技术、交流变频驱动技术、步进驱动技术、交流伺服驱动技术、气动控制技术、传感器检测技术、电子应用技术、双闭环直流调速技术、触摸屏监控技术、通信网络技术以及机械装调技术等机电一体化高新技术的应用。

装置采用多工位平台式设计,学员可根据实训教学要求模拟生产现场流程选择不同的单元模块搭建自动化生产线加工系统,同时系统中还人为地设置有模拟生产现场的常见故障,可对学员进行机电装调技能、编程技能、故障分析与检修技能以及团队合作精神等综合技能的培养。

适用于各类职业院校、技工学校、劳动培训及技能鉴定等机构作为维修电工、电气控制、机电一体化、工业自动化等课程的实训考核,也可作为相关专业的技能竞赛用设备。

1.3系统配置
1.4 产品结构
系统由设备机电一体化综合实训平台、一体化检测维修台、双工位电脑桌等组成如图1所示。

主桌体:主桌体采用铝型式框架结构,底部安装有万向轮,移动、固定两相宜,前后各设置有两个推拉抽屉,用于安装执行机构控制单元,顶部为标准铝型材平台,可以根据实训需要或工作任务的不同进行不同的组合、安装和调试,整体设计坚固、美观。

一体化检测维修平台:一体化检测维修平台采用铝木结构,下方设置有两个抽屉,一个用于存放实训工具,配置有各型号内六角扳手、尖嘴钳、剥线钳、剪刀、橡胶锤、镊子、电烙铁、吸锡器、松香、焊锡丝、万用表等常用工具;另一个用于存放元器件,配置有各类型安装螺丝、各类型电子元器件等常用元件,各常用工具及常用元件均放置于专业模具上,摆放整齐,便于取用及管理。

双工位电脑桌:电脑桌前后设置有两个操作工位,可以供两位用户同时进行PLC或触摸屏编
程和查阅资料。

环形输送分拣站:
执行机构由上料筒、顶料推料气缸、环形输送带、分拣推料气缸、送料气缸、送料台、三相变频电机、金属料储料仓、白色料储料仓等组成,如图2所示。

控制单元由FX-2N 系列PLC 、FR-E740系列变频器、FX2N-485通信模块、对射型光电传感器、反射型光电传感器、色标传感器、电磁阀、磁性开关等组成。

机械手搬运单元
执行机构由直行导轨、同步轮、同步带、四轴四自由度机器人组成。

其中机器人第一轴旋转轴由步进电机执行,第二轴前后摆动轴由旋转气缸组成,第三轴摆动由第二轴气缸通过同步带带动旋转,第四轴旋转轴由直流电机执行旋转,如图3所示。

控制单元由FX2N-48MT PLC、FX2N-1PG模块、FX2N-485BD模块、金属传感器、电磁阀、磁性开关等元件组成。

钻床模拟加工站
执行机构由主轴电机、主轴升降电机、主轴导轨、主轴丝杆、升降电机、钻头、虎钳装置、模拟负载装配组成,如图4所示。

其中升降电机使用普通直流电机,而主轴电机采用由双闭环直流调速系统控制的直流电机,通过模块负载的变化过程来反应系统电流环和速度环的调节过程。

加工过程:物料被搬运到加工台后,虎钳装置夹紧物料,升降电机通过丝杆带动主轴下降。

物料中心有一比钻头大的通孔,钻头穿过通孔后进入模拟负载。

这样直流调速电机就进入带负载运行状态。

模拟负载内部是一个中间分叉、高温耐摩材料的圆柱体,随着钻头进入圆柱体深度的增加,电机负载也会不断的增加。

而圆柱体外部套一个铁管,用来保证中间分叉圆柱体在使用过程中不会变大。

双闭环控制系统由一个主板和4块功能板组成,这4块功能板分别为电源板、触发板、反馈板、电压转换板。

它们通过接插件安装在主板上,功能板上设置一些关键电路测试点,便于学生检测各点参数。

老师出题时可以在各功能板上放置一些损坏的或参数不对的元器件,让学生进行检修。

仓储管理站
执行机构由一个3行4列的立体仓库、堆垛机、入仓台、X 轴和Z 轴直行导轨、X 轴和Z 轴丝杆、两套伺服电机组成,如图9所示。

控制单元由FX2n PLC 、FX2n-485模块、电磁阀、接近开关、磁性开关等组成。
