简报二:9月8日,衢州援疆指挥部会同乌什县有关部门,走访受援学校,看望慰问援疆教师,并致以教师节的问候。

指挥部党委书记、指挥长汪胜鼓励援疆教师,要不忘初心、潜心育人,按照“在顶岗服务中开展帮带、在帮带提升中促进交流、在交流交融中促进团结稳定”的要求,不停顿、不懈怠。

江苏宿迁,一个人杰地灵的地方,有着西楚霸王的“力拔山兮气盖世”的雄风,也有“钟期既遇”的佳话。

如今,在宿迁骆马湖畔奔驰着一匹教育“黑马”,这就是宿迁市钟吾国际学校。

这个从一开始借房办学的近乎“作坊式”的学校,在不到五年的时间内,迅速跃居宿迁市排头兵,在江苏大西北奏响了后发先至、后来居上的凯歌。

有数据显示,江苏宿迁中学创新班每年招收100名学生,在钟吾国际学校的录取人数,2015年为71人,2016年为74人,2017年为77人,2018年为75人,钟吾国际学校连续四年创新人才培养的人数和比例取得雄居全市第一的辉煌战果,每年中考正取宿迁中学均达500人以上,该校95%以上学生达到星级高中录取分数线。

2018年第34期教育教学6SCIENCE FANS — 96 —随着新课改的不断推进,初中数学教师不仅要提升自身专业素养,还要提升学生探究学习的能力,在原有的教学模式上加以改进,尝试着与学生交朋友,近距离为学生细致讲解数学知识,而且还要搭建良好的师生互动课堂环境,激活学生思维。

笔者将从三个方面简单介绍如何在初中数学教学过程当中实现师生互动课堂教学。

1 营造良好课堂氛围,实现师生互动环境对于一个人的影响是巨大的,如果教师采用比较严厉的形式进行教学,学生的精神一直处于紧绷的状态,遇到问题后也会太过于害怕受到教师的责备而不敢向教师提出,无法及时解决学习当中遇到的问题[1]。

为了提升初中数学教学效率,构建师生互动课堂,在初中数学教学的过程当中,教师们应当注重对于学生所处的课堂环境的构建,为学生营造更加良好的学习氛围,用更为和蔼、耐心的态度进行知识讲解,实现对于学生情绪的安慰,以此来提升学生学习兴趣,让学生对于教师产生信任感与依赖感。

2 深入开发教材资源,实现师生互动数学教材是教育部门教材编写人员经过多年的研究而出版的数学教学辅导材料,可以说是比较适合初中阶段学生学习能力以及思维习惯的数学参考书籍,然而很多数学教师在教学的时候都不太注重对于教材的深入开发,仅仅停留在用教材进行数学概念和公式的介绍,并利用书籍上的例题进行举例讲解的层次上面,教材当中很多精彩的知识内容都未被发掘。

为了实现师生之间的良好互动,教师们进行数学知识教学的时候就应当立足数学教材,通过深入挖掘教材内容的形式开展更高质量的数学教学,要求学生通过自主探究、相互帮助进行教材深入挖掘学习[2]。

3 引入媒体教学设备,实现师生互动初中阶段的数学学科是为今后的数学知识学习打下扎实的基础,让学生对于各种数学基础概念以及数学模型有更为深刻的认知,然而初中部分的数学科目难度比较大,很多数学概念以及数学公式学生理解起来也有一定的难度,如果仅仅依靠传统数学教学模式开展知识讲解,很难长时间吸引学生兴趣。

摘要:苏科版物理教材中介绍做功改变物体内能的时候,用了三个小实验,存在很多的不足。

笔者运用身边器材和温度传感器制作了气体做功演示仪,通过温度传感器显示温度的改变,进而说明气体内能的变化,通过打气筒和气体推动扇叶转动说明内能和机械能的转化,操作起来更简单、更形象、更直观,易于理解,效果较佳。
