1. Warmer:
T: Class begins, good morning, class?
S: Good morning, Miss Ruan.
T: I know you all did a very good homework, yesterday, who want to show your homework? S: (come to the front. Describe the homework and review something about the weekend plan.) T: Ok, class, what do you usually do on your weekend?
S: I usually play basketball. / I usually play the piano. / I usually sing and dance.
T: Now, class, I have some invitations, they are very common nowadays. How to write an English invitation? Let’s learn.
2. Presentation:
T: Please look at the invitation on the blackboard and listen to their dialogue, then think over. S: Listen carefully and think.
T: Who can tell me what is the content of an English invitation?
S: Try to say.
T: Good, let’s write the steps together in Chinese. 被邀请人的姓名,活动内容,时间,地点。

S: Let’s listen again.
