疫情期间辅导员工作总结

6.除了做好学生工作以外,我还参加了“XXX•第七期普通
高等学校辅导员网络培训班”,研究了34课时,时长1350分钟。

通过网课研究,我对新形势下如何做好思想政治工作的方法,什么是辅导员的使命与初心,如何规划辅导员职业生涯等问题有了更深刻的认识。

我将这些理论知识应用到我的工作中,以更好地帮助学生。
