In addition to the long wait times, the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the staff left much to be desired. Dear Manager,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your restaurant on the evening of March 10th. My family and I had made a reservation for 7:00 pm, but when we arrived, we were kept waiting for over 30 minutes before we were seated. To make matters worse, once we were finally seated, it took another 20 minutes before a waiter came to take our drink orders.
