一、Teaching aims
(1)Knowledge aims
①Students will be able to read, recognize, and use these words: meat, rice,noodles,fish milk.
①Master and use the sentences: Do you like ...? Yes, I do./ No ,I don’t.(2)Ability aims
① Ss can use the words:meat,rice,noodles,fish,milk to ask other people’s like and dislike.
①Focus Ss’s abilities of communication and cooperation.
①Ss’ abilities of listening and speaking will be developed.
(3)Emotional aims
①To help students cultivate and foster their abilities of working in groups.
①Make Ss don’t be picky for food and eat a balanced diet.
二、Important and difficult points
Key points::to master and use the new words and sentences to ask and answer“Do you like…?Yes, I do./ No ,I don’t.”
Difficult points:
(1)The pronunciation of the word:noodles
(2)Help the children master the sentences and make sure they can use them in the real situation freely.
三、Teaching and learning methods
In this lesson, to focus on Ss ,I create real-life situations,I will mainly use “Task-based teaching method”, “Communicative language teaching method” ,“Performance” , “Game method”and “TPR teaching method”, and so on.Through the guidance of the teacher,Ss learn independently and cooperatively,so that Ss can learn actively ,happily .

五、Teaching procedures.
Step 1 Warming up
1.Greetings.
T: Hello, boys and girls. How are you today? I divide you into four teams: noodles team, meat team, milk team and fish team. Try your best to be No.1. OK?
S: OK.
2.Say the chant”I like yellow ,I like blue.”
T: Firstly, listen and chant. T: Now follow it.
Step2 Leading-in and presentation
1.Play a game:Do the opposite. For example:I like basketball, I don’t like football(With actions).
2.Show the PPT of a table,Spring is coming,We’ll have a picnic. And I brought some food for you.I like meat. Do you like meat? (Show the topic)
3.New words and sentences.Show the picture of a table on t he screen.Let’s Ss see the food:rice ,meat,noodles,fish and milk and take turns to learn these vocabularies .At the same time,take differ ent ways to learn,eg,demonstration reading with the teacher,reading with Ss,reading in groups,reading in a loud or low voice, read one by one and so on.Then use the “Quick response” “Magic eyes” “Pa ssing game”“Pair work”to practice the new words and sentences “Do you like…?Yes , I do. No , I don’t.” over and over again. Step 3 Text teaching
T: What about our friends. Sam,Amy,Lingling,Tom? “Ms Smart , Lingling , Sam , Amy , Tom are having a meal.Let’s have a look what the like .
1.Watch the video to find out the food you can see.
2.Listen , point and find“Do you like …”
3.Listen ,repeat and match.What does Lingling like? What does Sam like? What does Amy like? What does Tom like?
4.Role play.Listen again and then Ss read individually.And Ss role plays with”Ms Smart , Lingling , Sam , Amy , Tom “in groups with proper expressions and movements.
Step 4 Extension
Ss talk about colors, sports ,animals and food .
Step 5 Sing the song (two tigers)
Do you like meat? Do you like meat? Yes, I do. Yes, I do.
Do you like fish? Do you like fish? No, I don’t. No, I don’t. Step 6 Conclusion
T: Now look at the blackboard. What have you learnt today? Read it together.
S: Yes. Boys and girls,food provides nutrition for you, so don’t be picky for food.
T: Look! Who is the winner? Congratulations!
