首段：说明该图表所反映的内容。

该图表通过五项经济指标说明中国正在消除贫困。

主体段落分为两个自然段。

1.概括说明该图反映的趋势，即随着时间的推移，中国人的生活水平大幅度提高，各项指标都有了很大的变化。

2.具体针对每一指标，分析从1949年到1995年人们生活质量所发生的变化。

如：婴儿死亡率下降，寿命延长，儿童入学率提高，成人文盲数减少，生活在贫困线以下的人数减少。
