【摘要】Objective To analyze the rationality of drug use in the hosPital,and to Provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods 3 000 Pieces of PrescriPtion data in 2014-2015 were randomly selected for evaluation with retrosPective analysis method. The use of glucocorticoid drugs on glucocorticoid drugs administration,drug selection,diagnosis,and unreasonable PrescriPtion tyPes were statistically analyzed. Results The most commonly used administration method of glucocorticoid was injection,with 1 631 Pieces accounting for 54. 37% of the total. The first choice of injection was mainly dexamethasone sodium PhosPhate injection,account-ing for 82. 34%;the first choice of oral administration was methylPrednisolone tablets,accounting for 52. 12%. For the main diagnostic distribution of the PrescriPtion,the number of PrescriPtions with bronchitis (including bronchial Pneumonia) was the most,which was 1 269 Pieces,accounting for 42. 30% of the total. The main irrational drug use was not suitable for the main indications,which was 165 Pieces,accounting for 68. 18%. Conclusion Glucocorticoid used in the outPatient Pediatric dePartment is rather reasonable,but there are still some cases of abusement,which need to be further managed to Promote rational drug
use in the clinic.%目的：促进临床合理用药。

方法采用回顾性分析方法，随机抽取医院2014年至2015年门诊儿科使用糖皮质激素类药物的处方3000份，进行处方点评，并分别对糖皮质激素类药物的给药途径、药物选择、处方主要诊断、不合理处方类型进行统计和分析。

结果该院门诊儿科糖皮质激素类药物处方中最常用的给药途径为注射，处方数为1631张(54.37％)；注射剂中首选地塞米松磷酸钠注射液（82.34％），口服药中首选甲泼尼龙片（52.12％）；主要诊断为支气管炎（含支气管肺炎）的处方1269张（42.30％）；不合理用药主要为适应证不适宜占165份（68.18％）。

结论该院门诊儿科使用糖皮质激素类药物较合理，但仍存在一定的滥用情况，需进一步加强管理。
