应用型人才培养供给侧改革的几点思考

【摘要】随着我国经济结构的转型,加强供给侧改革,成为适应新常态经济的重要手段.但长期以来,我国人才培养与市场脱节,特别是在应用型人才培养方面.因此,针对目前我国人才培养存在的突出矛盾,如何从高校供给端进行改革,从而培养更多应用型人才,成为本文思考的重点.文章从供给侧改革与高校应用型人才培养的关系入手,就当前我国人才培养中存在的供需突出矛盾进行分析,最后提出应用型人才培养的几点对策,从而为我国应用型人才培养提供借鉴.%With the transformation of China's economic structure, strengthen the supply side reform, become an important means to adapt to the new normal economy. But for a long time, China's personnel training and the market out of touch, especially in the application of personnel training. Therefore, in view of the outstanding contradictions in China's personnel training, how to reform from the supply side of colleges and universities, so as to train more applied talents, has become the focus of this paper. Starting from the relation between the supply side reform and cultivating applied talents in Colleges and universities, the current supply and demand contradiction in talent cultivation in China is analyzed, and finally puts forward some countermeasures of cultivating applied talents, so as to provide reference for the cultivation of Applied Talents in china.
