XXX回填施工技术交底记录

1.施工机具及材料准备
1.1 回填土料为硬塑-坚硬状态的素粘土及炉渣，回填厚度为500mm，范围为外墙1500mm内。

1.2 回填工具包括铁锹、自卸式运土车、压路机、振动夯实机、木夯、2m靠尺、线绳等。

2.作业条件
2.1 回填前需清除基底杂物、淤泥，并排除积水。

同时在四周设排水沟和小集水坑，防止雨水或地面水流入填方区或基坑内。

2.2 独立基础及底板下短柱混凝土达到预定强度后，模板拆除完成，钢管扣件、木方、多层板等料具清理完成。

2.3 做好水平高程的测设，边坡上每隔3m打入一根水平木桩，并做好水平标记。

2.4 回填前修筑好运土车通行道路。

3.施工工艺
3.1 工艺流程为基层处理、分层摊铺、分层压（夯）实和检查验收。

3.2 施工要点
3.2.1 填土前应检验土料质量、含水量是否在控制范围内。

土料含水量一般以手握成团、落地开花为适宜。

当含水量过大时，采取翻松、晾干、风干、换土回填、掺入干土或其他吸水性材料等措施，防止出现橡皮土。

如土料过干，则应预先洒水湿润，增加压实遍数或使用较大功率的压实机械等措施。

3.2.2 回填时应首先将两个基础承台中间的空档回填并人
工夯实，以便运土车能顺利通行。

回填过程中，分层回填厚度控制在250mm，每层压实3遍~4遍。

当回填至承台标高以上500mm位置时，大面用压路机压实，柱字四周500mm范围内
人工夯实。

3.2.3 人工回填打夯前应将填土初步整平，打夯要按一定
方向进行，一夯压半夯，夯夯相接，行行相连，纵横交叉，分层夯打。

3.2.4 已填好的土层如遭水浸泡，应把稀泥铲除后，方能
进行上层回填。

填土区应保持一定横坡，或中间稍高两边稍低，以利排水。

当天填土应在当天压实。

3.2.5 由于本工程恰逢雨期基槽回填，工作面不宜过大，应逐段、逐片地分期完成。

从运土、铺填到压实各道工序应连续进行。

雨前应压完已填土层，并形成一定坡度，以利排水。

施工中应检查、疏通排水设施，防止地面水流入坑内，造成边坡塌方或使基土遭到破坏。
