探讨椎间盘镜手术系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

【摘要】目的：探讨椎间盘镜手术系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。

方法随机选取2013年6月-2014年6月期间在该院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例，随机将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组患者50例。

观察组患者以椎间盘镜手术法治疗；对照组患者以开放手术法治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。

结果观察组患者的手术治疗效果更佳，虽两组患者之间的治疗优良率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

但观察组患者在手术切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间等指标上明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。

结论椎间盘镜手术系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果显著，并发症发生率低，患者预后良好。

%Objective To observe the clinical effect of discectomy operation system for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 100 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation from 2013 June to 2014 June, during the period of receiving treatment in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group of patients. The observa-tion group patients received intervertebral disc endoscope operation therapy; control group patients were given open operation treatment, compared two groups of patients with treatment effect. Results The observation results better operation of patients in the treatment group, although the treatment between the two groups of patients the excellent and good rate was
(P>0.05). But the ob-servation group patients in the operation incision length, bleeding volume, operation time, hospitalization time and other indicators significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of in-tervertebral disc endoscope operation system significantly, with low incidence of complications, patients with a good prognosis.
