XXX Project Funds
1.Party B shall apply to Party A for living expenses based on the actual n of the project.
2.工程竣工后，甲方初步验收合格后付总工程款的80%给
乙方，待业主验收合格后付总工程款的100%。

须提供2年的质量保证承诺书。

如果出现质量问题，甲方将通知乙方，并要求乙方在24小时内到场维修。

3.在领取劳务费时，乙方必须提供班组工资表和个人签名。

四、甲乙双方的责任和权利
1.甲方将配备管理人员，负责编制进度计划和施工方案，负责物料和设备的供应和调度。

同时，甲方将及时进行施工的安全和技术交底。

2.甲方负责向乙方提供施工场地和其他施工作业的便利条件。

3.乙方必须根据甲方提供的施工任务和技术要求组织勤奋而有系统的管理班子。

乙方必须配备足够数量和熟练的两班轮换的各专业班组。

甲方有权要求乙方辞退或更换不合适的工人和班组。

4.乙方施工工人的数量必须满足甲方的合理进度安排。

5.乙方必须自备所需的施工专业机械工具和机具，包括台锯、电锯、电钻、榔头、扳手、木抹、铁抹、灰刀等。

机具的维修保养和易损件更换由乙方自行负责。

6.乙方必须根据需要在晚上加班，以配合公司管理人员的各项安排，包括安全、文明施工、质量和进度。

7.乙方有义务对交叉施工的其他班组进行配合，为其提供工作面和其他施工的便利条件。

8.乙方应自觉爱护甲方施工现场内的机械、工器具等其他财产，并有保护本班组及其他班组成品、半成品及其他劳动成果的责任。

如有破坏，将追究其相关责任。

工作完成后，乙方必须及时清理场地。

9.乙方在进场时必须向甲方申报劳工和班组长名册，并负责由于政策性规定而必须办理工人暂住证或临时户口的费用。

手续由甲方统一办理。

报户费及暂住证费由乙方自行承担。

10.乙方必须服从甲方管理人员在安全、技术、进度、材料、劳动力、文明施工等诸方面的安排，保证工完场清，达到公司有关文明生产的要求。

如果乙方拒绝或漠视甲方对文明施工的要求，甲方可安排工人另行完成，费用由乙方承担。

11.乙方在施工期间应合理用材、节约用材。

乙方材料进
场后，甲方将派人检验材料以确保材料的质量，并提交材料检验证书。

12.乙方工人在施工期间患病、因病身亡或残废等费用由
乙方自行负责。

五、工期、质量和安全生产
1.工期为2016年3月26日之前全面完工（根据甲方的赶
工要求）。

如果由于乙方劳动力不足、组织不力等因素影响工期，甲方可予以经济处罚。

2.如果乙方不能增加工人，甲方可联系其他队伍进场施工。

由此产生的一切费用（包括额外增加的费用）由乙方承担。

7.在施工过程中，必须爱护现场的材料和机械设备，不得
随意浪费、乱放、乱割、乱摔等野蛮操作。

一旦发现，将会被罚款50-500元。

8.工人必须自觉保护工程中的成品或半成品，如果保护不
当造成修补或返工，责任人必须赔偿实际发生的损失。

9.各工种应保证工作完成后现场清洁，设备材料堆放有序。

否则，根据情况将会被罚款50-200元。

10.施工现场内不得随处大小便，吸烟时必须将烟蒂熄灭
并放入指定地点。

任何随处乱扔垃圾的行为都将被罚款50元。

11.在宿舍内不得从事聚众赌博等非法活动。

工人中午不
得饮酒，违者将会被罚款100元。

12.工场上严禁打架斗殴，一旦发生，当事人每人将会被
罚款300元，劳务队将会被罚款600元。

情节严重者将会被送交公安机关处理。

13.除了工人自备的手持工具和生活用品外，工地上所有
的材料和机具，包括开挖、破桩发现的物品，都属于公司所有。

不允许私自携带出工地，违者将会被视为盗窃行为，并被罚款300元。

14.每个班组的队长都必须定期对工人进行安全、文明生产教育。

15.以上罚款由甲方管理人员签署罚款单，经项目经理确认生效后送交财务部门，从劳务队最近的领款/借款中扣除。

16.除了当事者直接承担罚款外，其班长/队长也要负责监管不力的责任，并承担罚款额的一半。

不得将罚款转嫁给被罚款的工人。
