教学目标:Understand simple words, phrases or sentences by looking at object, pictures or actions
教学分析:重点:to learn the new words: sister, brother, cousin, uncle aunt
难点:The same
教具:PPT Pictures and recorder
Step 1. Warming-up
1). Sing English songs together: <Family fingers >
2). Free talk:
T: This is my mother, she’s a teacher. What about your mother and father.
S: My mother’s a clerk. I lover my mother and father.
Step 2. Presentation
1). Ask a tall pupil and a short pupil to come
The and ask the pupils
The and ask the pupils to stand under the correct one for them.
2). Revise tall and short by point out the difference in their height, saying He/She’s tall/short. Write the adjectives on the board. Ask the pupils to repeat the sentences after you. Repeat the process with two more pupils of different height and ask the pupils to make sentences about them. 3). Show Transparency and play the Pupil’s Book Cassette. Point to the corresponding speech bubbles when the characters speak. Continue to play the cassette and ask the pupils to repeat after the beeps.
Step3, practice
1.Look and say ( open your books and read.)
2.Take out the cards and say: This is my…(mother/father/
grandmother/grandfather…)
He/She is…(tall, short, fat, thin…)
3.Point and say.
