【摘要】探讨芸薹素内酯对蔓性千斤拔幼苗的调节效应,以为其制定漂浮育苗操作技术规程提供科学依据.试验设4种芸薹素内酯浓度处理,比较研究其对蔓性千斤拔幼苗生物学特性的影响.结果表明,喷施芸薹素内酯对提高蔓性千斤拔幼苗株高、叶片数、主根长、一级侧根数、单株干物重和根冠比均有不同程度的促进作用;不同浓度处理的效果总体表现为低浓度>高浓度> CK,与CK相比较,低浓度(BR1)处理的株高显著增加了20.7%,其一级侧根数显著提高了18.1%,其单株干物质积累量和根冠比分别显著增加了23.0%和38.4%,但其叶片数和主根长与CK间无显著差异;而较高浓度的BR处理对增加蔓性千斤拔幼苗一级侧根数有显著的正效应.%In order to provide the scientific basis for developing the operating instructions for the floating-seedling-raising in flemingia philippinensis,an experiment was conducted to investigate the regulation effect of brassinolide (BR) on the seedling of flemingia philippinensis.The experiment consisted of four treatments of different contents of BR to compare their biological characteristics on the flemingia philippinensis seedling.The results showed that the application of BR enhanced the plant height,leaf numbers of individual plant,length of main root,the first lateral root numbers,dry matter weight per plant and the ratio of root to shoot of flemingia philippinensis seeding at different degrees.The effect degrees of

CK,Compared with those of CK,the plant height was increased 20.7%,the first lateral root numbers increased 18.1%,the dry matter accumulation was increased 23% and the ratio of root to shoot was increased 38.4% for the treatment of BR1 (low BR content).There were no significant differences in the leaf numbers and the main root length between BR and CK.But the higher contents of BR treatment showed significant positive effects on the increasing of the first lateral root numbers of flemingia philippinensis seedling.
