我国中小企业绩效管理问题初探摘要人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,也是企业发展的最关键因素,而企业的绩效管理机制是企业留住人才、运用人才的重要内容之一。

进入21世纪以来国际经济一体化伴随的是更为激烈的市场竞争,而对企业的科学管理提出了严峻的挑战。

本文主要论述了绩效管理的内涵,绩效在中小企业人力资源管理中的重要地位,分析了我国中小企业绩效管理的现状、问题,并探讨了在新经济下顺应国际大趋势,积极推进我国中小企业绩效管理工作的几点对策。
